Very slow delivery
Love this deodorant. For the price though the delivery should be much quicker. Each time I order it’s weeks before I receive the refills, and the tracking doesn’t seem to work.

Ordered a refurbished iPhone 13 and paid extra for a brand new battery, but the battery performance is soo bad. It just drops and battery dies within a few hours of use. A hassle to have to send back, and I paid extra not to have this issue. really disappointed.

The positive reviews on here seem totally fake. Terrible, terrible, terrible company. Had an awful experience renting a building managed by them. A wall collapsed onto my van nearly 2 years ago and they are still refusing to pay for the damage caused by the deteriorated wall they should have been maintaining.

Complained to them months ago about an ongoing wall collapse situation at the property I rent. They just ignore any complaints, messages and calls and I never hear anything from them despite constantly asking for updates. What do they even do???

Someone shipped something to me I ordered from Evri and there was a small discrepancy in the address I gave. I never received this parcel and there is absolutely no way to contact a human to correct this. I have spoken to the chat a million times and they have ‘passed on a message to the team’ but never hear anything. Awful.

The driver delivered our parcel two weeks ago, when he left he reversed into my parked car so hard that my car hit the car behind me and both of the bumpers were dented and one was falling off. The driver drove off. I contacted DPD four times only to be told today that nobody had escalated my case.
The customer service is horrendous. so angry.

Was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but so impressed. Bought a ‘very good’ refurbished iPhone XR and I can’t see a single fault with it. Battery health is at 99% and I’m really impressed with the phone. 100% recommend!

Within 2 months of ordering a bikini on Boden I received a hello fresh advert in the post, the only way I knew this was because Boden had passed on my information was because I used a different joke name to all my other online orders. After I complained I received a Boden catalog in the post which I never knowingly signed up for, which came along with the one my mum gets which she also never asked for. Such a waste and so annoying..

Review of Brightstar
Was quoted £240 by apple to trade in my macbook, as it had a few charging issues, and they said I could trade it in for this fixed price. Requested a trade in with brightstar and didn't hear anything for 2 weeks.
I phoned to ask where my trade in package was, and they said my trade in was about to expire and they were waiting to receive my laptop. When I said I didn't receive any return kit, they said they sent another return kit out, but I didn't receive this one either.
I called up and asked where it was and they said there was a warehouse error and it hadn't actually been sent. I mentioned that I had some problems with my macbook, which is why apple advised that I trade it in, Brightstar advised that because I had some problems, it was likely that I wouldn't be able to receive the full £240 and would more likely be £0. They said to send it anyway so they can have a look. After reading these reviews, I think it's probably likely they will offer £0. Such a massive hassle for zero money.
After this, I received a text from the delivery company to say that no one was in to receive the delivery and I had to pay to book in a re delivery date! They tried to deliver it while I was at work, and I had no idea that it was even coming.
I tried to ring again but I have been on hold for 45 mins. Each time I have rang I have been on hold for at least 15 minutes, but this has topped it! (also this hold music is horrendous!)
I have also been reading reviews that state that after brightstar received items, quoted £0, and were asked to return these items, customers have never received these back.
I'm not going to bother with this company anymore. Would rather fix my laptop myself and try to sell.
Not good experience. I can't believe Apple have recommended this company! Avoid.
