Paid out as expected, good customer service
I had a good experience with the Insurance Emporium (IE). After a month of trying to diagnose what was wrong with my cat we had to unfortunately put her to sleep. For those who know what this is like it can be a very traumatic experience but IE dealt with everything relatively quickly and i found what they would and wouldnt pay to be reasonable and also quite clear in the documents provided. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the fact i had to chase for updates on the claim a few times, it might be good if there was a tracking feature on the app. Despite having to chase the customer service team were very responsive. Would definitely recommend!!
