I genuinely would avoid at all cost and this is coming from a long term customer...I've now been three days without Internet and had nothing but lies told to me...promised if I pay 170 I will get my services back that day and here I am next day with no Internet and told I need a engineer as they can't turn something on that they managed to turn off! I also got told someone would call be back in a hour yesterday and to wait for his call by the modem, I sat there for 4 hours tried to call placed in a que then you shut and end call on me and here I am again the next day another hour on the phone with no real explanation as to why my Internet isn't working when or if its going to be fixed. All these lies are recorded and I will be taking this further and because of this and work missed because of this I won't be paying the cancellation charge!
