I genuinely would avoid at all cost and…

I genuinely would avoid at all cost and this is coming from a long term customer...I've now been three days without Internet and had nothing but lies told to me...promised if I pay 170 I will get my services back that day and here I am next day with no Internet and told I need a engineer as they can't turn something on that they managed to turn off! I also got told someone would call be back in a hour yesterday and to wait for his call by the modem, I sat there for 4 hours tried to call placed in a que then you shut and end call on me and here I am again the next day another hour on the phone with no real explanation as to why my Internet isn't working when or if its going to be fixed. All these lies are recorded and I will be taking this further and because of this and work missed because of this I won't be paying the cancellation charge!

I'm so happy to have my phone back micheal Rodriguez was ever so kind amd got my phone fixed promptly and even gave my dogs some attention which they are super happy with had a great experience getting my phone repaired would definitely use again or recommend to people

Shame I can't give 0 stars

Shame I can't give 0 stars, I've been lied to and told incorrect information then when questioned why I've been told incorrect information no one wants to reply but you still want to take the money without anyone confused what is the right price as i have emails stating 3 different amounts from different people and invoice. I'm now taking this legal and to trading standards as i will not pay something I've been told faulsey about. I have a paper trail of it all and I'm guessing niamh conlon knows she messed up my telling me incorrect information as she doesn't seem to reply anymore when questioned why she did this. I have all the evidence to all of this. My bank have blocked all future payments now as they have seen the emails and agreed something isn't right. Niamh said the company's been running 35years well you would think their customer service would be better then unfortunately it's not and you would hope a business running that long would know information well enough to not have multiple staff tell someone difficult things. I would avoid them at all cost unless you want to be lied to.

This company is harassing me!

This company is harassing me!! They told me enforcement agents will no longer be turning up to the address I have this proven on a recorded call as they are sending enforcement agents to an address for someone who no longer lives here yet I've just had another one knocking at my door!!

Really difficult to get hold of anyone…

Really difficult to get hold of anyone just to try pay for my online quote this is a joke now, cant even get insurance wonder how bad the customer service would be having a policy with then seeing as its this bad just to try get one.

Update to your reply. If i can not get a answer i can not take out a policy... Ive tried all day for the past 2 working days and no answer so i can not physically take out a policy if you do not answer the phone

Bought a game and received code instantly now enjoying a game that I paid 7.99 for instead of the 23.99 Microsoft are asking for. Thankyou mmoga!!

I was cautious at first because all the negative reviews about id are for a 18+ game because alot of kids are downloading these games online so I think it's good for them too. I didn't get any request for id but my game is a 12 but I give top stars for this Company based on my experience

This is my review based on taking out a policy. Am yet to make a claim to can't review on that. But Danielle was so helpful and lovely taking out policy's is alot easier over the phone but mine is currently getting fixed and Danielle has taken alot of time to email me back and forth making sure I'm happy with the policy before going ahead and now I'm a new best 4 warranty customer and so far I'm extremely happy with the service and hope making a claim is just as easy.

Big hats off to Danielle peice thankyou so much!!

Avoid at all cost!!!

Avoid at all cost!!!! They are a disgusting company that send threatening text that they've even admitted they wouldn't follow up on they just want to scare you. They know I suffer very bad mental health issues. I am not asking them to be responsible for my mental health I just do ask for them to not send text saying they will force entry into my house(which isn't my property its my friends) to reprocess a TV I don't even have they have already collected the TV then a few days after they send a threatening text. They also kept blaming me for the TV not being collected when they failed to turn up to collect the TV on the FIRST agreed date and didn't even tell me they won't be turning up. They also keep trying to take out various amounts from my card £1 transaction then a £10 transaction and many others. There customer service is extremely rude and I now have a court case going on with themselves and have also had to get trading standards and finance ombudsman involved because the way they "deal" with things absulte disgrace ill be making sure none of my friends or family use this Company and would suggest for many others to avoid. There is much better renting companies out there that are much better with customer service and they actually care!!

In honestly they don’t have a clue. Just trying To ask how much it would be to use them has proven more difficult then it should be. I’m stating my background and that I’m trying to find a car BEFORE booking my test so I know I don’t have to stress about it when my test is booked. But instead I get a reply of…. Sorry. We no longer book tests. Not once in any of my messages did I ask them to book the test for me and I didn’t even make it look close to me saying that!!! I was simply asking how much it would be to use them for my test and test only, couldn’t even get the right response to that let alone a use full one. Very disappointing so looking else where

We need to know the basic information before we can help you. We can promise you a car if we do not know where your test is.

If you think that this is bad customer service, then, unfortunately, there is not much we can do.

If we said to you, yes, we can provide a car and you booked your test at a test center in which we could not arrange an instructor, you would, once again, turn to bad reviews.

Am honestly impressed. Nothing more of a hassle when converting from IOS to Android then having to add all your songs to a new music app this made it really simple and easy to convert my playlist from Apple Music to YouTube music. Would stay completely away from this…

Would stay completely away from this company when it comes to making a claim they are awful they could of told me last week that they will refuse the claim because of service history but instead they wait until I call them up on the Tuesday after to find this out. They also tell you a lot of missleading information almost like it’s to shut you up. I would never of found out about this rejection without chasing them up.

Please bare in mind before you decided to comment I uploaded the service history last Thursday and called up on each day since apart from Saturday and Sunday and not one person decided to tell me the claim would be rejected because of service history I only find this out today (Tuesday) when ringing up to find out what’s going on with the claim seeing as someone told me yesterday on the phone that they now have everything they need and will mark it as urgent to get it assessed today: she could of told me then like the others could of told me previously that it would be rejected due to service history


Edit after answer: my car has got manufacture service history as you’ve seen due to me uploading it. If you have a look at my manufacture service history guide lines then my car actually is still within the service history guide lines due to lack of miles but thankyou for you for your reply it will be used as evidence to my solicitor

Also I stated on the phone calls if you had listen about injector 3 going before and has been fixed and paid for hence why taking out warranty to save me if the others do go but your sales adviser never advised that would be an issue so not to sure why your stating that it’s almost like your pulling anything out you can to cover yourself but court will see the truth :)

It is clearly stated on our first phone call that injector 3 went but has been fixed and paid for but I’m looking for warranty to cover incase the others went: I was claiming for injector 2 which is a different injector also service to manufacture guide lines which is yearly or a certain mileage I have only had the car since June so yet to get it serviced as I have till June next year stated by nissan themselves!

You failed to provide service history proof for the vehicle. Your car has a servicing schedule provided by the manufacturer which you are obliged to follow. We do offer discounted servicing to our warranty plan customers to assist with this requirement.

Our repairs team have also been advised by you that you had a previous Issue with your injectors prior to
coming on cover.

Our plans are not in place to refurbish your car but to cover unexpected mechanical and electrical failure.

We declined the claim due to lack of servicing, as we clearly state the vehicle must be serviced and maintained within the manufacturers recommended guidelines for a claim to be assessed.

This was also made clear to you on the initial sales call with one of our representatives.

There’s always a catch!!!

So I recently bought 2 trackers for my cats, firstly the monthly payments wouldn’t work the screen kept freezing so had to buy them both outright. To then discover that you can’t pay for the premium subscription monthly you have to pay that yearly and even when you do the basic subscription again you can only pay that monthly if you choose the one month plan which is £10 compared to the £4 they sponsor on the website. So unless your willing to pay £10 a month or pay it all yearly please don’t full for the trick like I did. I’m hoping the tracker speaks for itself and makes the money I just paid worth it. It is totally misleading when you go to buy it and you don’t see the catch until you purchase

Good company

Sent my phone off but unfortunately it came back not fully functioning. Unfortunately I’m disabled so it made the process of sending my phone back to them to be repaired very difficult. But they helped me very well with this sent me a replacement device whilst providing a collection service for the old phone. Now I have a fully functioning phone again and couldn’t be happier. May I just say they have extremely good communication aswell.

AVOID AXA INSURANCE AT ALL COST!!
Sent a letter through the post saying policy will be cancelled 7days dated of this letter (29th April) but then said 23:59 09/04/2020 so completely wrong dates and when I call up I found out the policy was cancelled so how am I getting a letter through the post on 5th of may dated 29th of April saying my policy WILL BE CANCELLED not it has been cancelled.
WORSE CAR INSURANCE TO BE WITH AVOID!!
