I am a customer from the U.S. who placed 2 orders. The first order was held up by the beginning of the pandemic. Not only was their communication EXCELLENT, but they kindly refunded my payment when it was questionable whether shipping would happen again any time soon... When things opened back up for shipping, they let me know, and I placed another order. While it did take a while (weeks) for the order to arrive (out of their control), again, their communication was EXCELLENT ( response within 24 hours at the longest - there is a time difference) and I felt confident about my order being shipped the entire time! In the long run, the order arrived without issue, I would rate my experience as 5/5!
