We were ready to get off after 5 days…

My wife and I just got off the 13 day Mediterranean Cruise from Barcelona to Rome. Apparently I can’t copy my original review that I sent to Virgin on their feedback request, My wife and I are both in our mid 50’s, we planned to spend 3 months in Europe and include this 13 day cruise as part of our 90 days traveling abroad, we are from Dallas, TX and also own a Villa in Southern Italy. We planned to spend a month in Spain, then leave on the cruise out of Barcelona, tour parts of Southern France then end back in Italy to stay for the remainder time. My wife and I were under the impression that Virgin Voyages would be far superior over the other cruise carriers, finer cuisine and dining options, upscale clientele, exceptional service, fabulous entertainment, great workout facilities, and carefully curated worthwhile excursions at each country we visited. Without a doubly this was the worst let down and complete waste of time out of vacation. The food and dining was the biggest let down, nothing we ate was good, mostly over cooked and always we were rushed through our meals, the quality of food is buffet quality as in the cooking, tThis was also in their best restaurant The Wake seafood and steakhouse, we tried another restaurant Lucky Lotus as well we were not lucky in this night as well, rushed through dinner again, food was cold and over cooked. We cancelled our remaining night reservations as we were so discouraged and food was not good at all. We filled out three online surveys when asked how we are doing sailor’s? I put this exact feedback and Never heard back from anyone ever! I can go on and on but trust the Galley or their version of a upscale food court was nothing more than a buffet, same desserts daily and the worst Taco, salad, Ramon, and Hamburger bars.

The service was Ok but spotty depending who helped you, most seem friendly but we got the feeling many didn’t want to be there? Many employees occupy the gym equipment, they can’t figure out how to re-rack dumbbells and the gym attendant never did anything to keep the gym tidy and weights put back in the proper spot.

We spent 13 days on the ship and never was able to ever sit in a Jacuzzi not even once, the same usual suspects occupied them every day and never got out except to eat.

The entertainment was Not good and we didn’t enjoy any of it, it was like they missed the mark on who their audience was. The ship had 40-75 year olds so pajama party’s, 80’s dress up themed nights and their Scarlet Red party which we didn’t get at all were all flops and many didn’t attend, how do we know because we saw them all in the Galley each night bored juts eating. The singers and musicians were not great yet Karaoke singers in the bar some had better vocals than the actual entertainers. We were ready to get off this cruise by day 5 and staying all 13 days was a huge chore to keep from going stir crazy. We enjoyed Cannes and Naples but the other stops were huge tourist traps or not worth the time to drive hous.

We wouldn’t recommend this cruise and we know for a fact entertainment on other cruise lines are far better. This was a huge miss for us and regret we even lost valuable vacation time. Do your homework, do not listen to travel agents who get commission, read the fine print especially on excursions, see how long transportation round trip is for each excursion and what real time you actually have to see what you think you want to do I.e. in Florence it was a 5 hour round trip shuttle to only get three hours in Florence, wasn’t worth it! They try to push excursions on you but don’t really explain much until the night before your actual excursion. They also try to push out notice after notice on your apps while onboard to get you to sign up for the other cruises, again not with it!

We really had high hopes but we left feeling disgusted and disappointed, nobody took the time to ever get to know us or offer to make rectify any of our food issues and we filled out nightly onboard surveys so they were notified but we never heard from nobody. The morning we arrived in Rome, it was bitter sweat like we got the feeling thanks for your money now leave the ship!

We met many others onboard that expressed the same feelings and sentiment’s that we had, honestly we thought about figuring a way to just get off and head back to Spain or Italy and just write the whole experience off. If your the type of person that doesn’t care about quality food, like all you can eat buffets, beer is Heineken or Corona as your only beer of choice, drink sub par coffee or espresso, just want to sit at the pool or Jacuzzi all day and not move or dress up, then this would be cruise, Virgin this was a huge disappointment and we still never heard back from anyone on all the reviews you asked of us.

I live in the United States …

I live in the United States and planned to visit Madrid, Spain. On this trip I wanted to take my wife to a Real Madrid match and didn’t really know where to purchase tickets or online, I took a huge chance on this site not knowing of them but other reviews were good. I purchased premium seats around $800 total for two seats lower section and they were FANTASTIC! This site has and offers very good updates, emails and text message keeping you informed and guided easy to follow direction up to the actual event. Very happy with this site and will order more tickets from them going forward, great experience and the game experience was freaking awesome!

Buyer BEWARE, SCAM COMPANY

I seriously dont believe this is a real company, I ordered my wife a biking bottom for our vacation two months before we left, I never received the bottoms, I emailed them literally 7 times asking and inquiring, I only received one response saying they ran out of material and needed to source more??? I should have int in a week, it's been almost 60 days and NOBODY will respond or refund my money? I never received my order and there is nobody to talk or call to speak with, if there is anyone even reading this reviews from this so called company my order number isBX217874128, I was charged and feel like I was scammed!

Having the ability to order online custom

Having the ability to order online and custom design my new sunglasses was far better than walking into a sunglasses store to only see what they carry, the flexibility to pick the frame size, lens color, polarized or not or gradient and lens color was a total game changer. I also like the fact that you could chose a lens and then see how images would appear via direct sun light and having the options to choose lenses that weren't to dark enabling me to find a lens that would be good not only in sun lit areas but also cloudy or lower sun lit or shade areas.

I have now made several watch trades and purchases!

I have now made several watch trade in's and have purchased several new luxury watches with Jomashop, it was very seamless and a true pleasure working Zalman who assisted me in my purchases, he helped with buying some of my pre owned luxury watches as trade in's. I will continue to buy from Jomashop, great experience every single time, fantastic watches and pricing is outstanding, quality of watches are spot on, they arrive with all new authentication tags, stickers, also including your warranty & model/serial number authentication cards from the watch makers. No more buying watches from the mall or strip center dealers who really don't provide that one on one experience or don't care about forming relationships with their customers yet still over charge. The customer service for Alien Gear is…Outstanding

The customer service for Alien Gear is outstanding, Cassi helped me select the right holsters and drop option needed for both my wife and I, sent me email diagrams so we could visually see what we were ordering and which configuration would meet our needs more so my wife at 5'4 and selecting the right drop on her holster set up. I received both holsters and gear ordered and just looking at them the quality looks durable and of superior quality. I have not been able to use them as of yet as I wanted to give my wife hers on Christmas but can update our review after the holidays. The customer service sets the bar for other companies to aspire to achieve and the products look and feel of professional grade coming from Safariland gear while in the Corp.

Had to shop elsewhere, horrible customer service.

After reading online about this flag company seeing that their flags are made in USA I was excited to order from them, I am Marine Corp Veteran and ordered an American, Marine Corp and Texas flag to display and hang in my home gym, I ordered all flags in 2x3. When I received the flags and open the package it was obvious one of the three flags was much larger and thicker and was not a 2x3 flag, the shipping receipt says specifically to call their customer service for any issues which I did, I left 2 messages with a customer service female personally who said there was no-one available to speak to me about their mistake of sending the wrong size flag. I never received a return phone call back, I waited several days in which i left two additional voice mail messages meaning nobody answered the phone at all, thinking at this point this has to be a small business operation I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a week. I called again and finally talked to gentleman and explained the situation, Never received an apology just that they would send me the correct 2x3 Texas Flag. I waited another week and nothing arrived, I called back to follow up the same gentleman said it was shipped, I finally received the flag and again it was not the core size and was the same 3x5 I originally received? The packaging was mislabeled saying 2x3 however anyone in the flag business should recognize by the size and feel of this flag it was not a 2x3 flag its so much smaller in both sizes & weight easily identifiable. I called the company back again and talked to the same gentleman, he didn't seem to be to bothered or concerned and by his tone on the phone or lack thereof of helping me resolve this this and make it right in a quick manner I just asked for a refund and I mailed back both incorrect sized flags back. He did apologize at this point but didn't really go out of his way to offer to make it right. I personally own several businesses, customer service is Huge in any industry, calling people back in a timely manner, making things right and treating your customers with respect go a long way. They in turn become loyal customers and give referrals which helps build a solid successful business, i hate writing negative reviews but I gave this business several opportunities to make this right but getting anyone to even me call back or email you is almost impossible. I hope they take this as a learning experience and make the necessary adjustments to better their business practices.

I Ordered a bottle of men’s Armani “He” cologne, I’m always worried about ordering cologne online not knowing if I’m getting counterfeit products or not and have burned by other sites in the past. The product I received from Perfume Empire was legitimate and authentic and I would order from them again, also fast delivery! Thank you!
