My sister ordered a Thierry Henry Arsenal shirt for my son’s 18th birthday. We sized up, as advised, but it was too big, so we requested a return. I was really surprised that Myretrojersey advised me to keep the shirt, or donate it to a charity of our choice (which also saved me the hassle of returning it) and they would send a smaller size, free of charge! The smaller size arrived, as promised. Very pleased, thank you!

Been with EDF for a few years now & very happy with the service. Recently experienced excellent customer service when I needed to speak to EDF in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. Like most companies at that time, live chat was not available, but it advised to text them and gave a telephone number to do so. I text my enquiry, expecting it to be at least a few days for a reply, but received a response within minutes which resolved my query! Fantastic service at anytime, never mind in the midst of a lot of changes for most companies!
