They use Evri and then offer no support when Evri fail to deliver on consecutive days
Order for next day delivery, and 4 days later still no parcel. Each day Evri say they’ll deliver it, and then simply don’t , without giving a reason. 
Since my purchase is with Zooplus, and Evri are impossible to speak to, I contacted Zooplus to ask them to look into what’s happening with my parcel. I received an ‘AI generated response’ that simply told me this is frustrating and informed me my parcel is delayed (yes I know, that’s why I contacted you) and to keep waiting and provided a tracking link for Evri - despite clearly stating I’ve been tracking it each day.
Absolutely pathetic customer service to send AI generated nonsense with absolutely no attempt to assist. Really disappointed by this response from a usually reliable company I spend approximately £100 a month with.  Looks like it’s time to find a new pet supplier.
