They use Evri and then offer no support when Evri fail to deliver on consecutive days

Order for next day delivery, and 4 days later still no parcel. Each day Evri say they’ll deliver it, and then simply don’t , without giving a reason.

Since my purchase is with Zooplus, and Evri are impossible to speak to, I contacted Zooplus to ask them to look into what’s happening with my parcel. I received an ‘AI generated response’ that simply told me this is frustrating and informed me my parcel is delayed (yes I know, that’s why I contacted you) and to keep waiting and provided a tracking link for Evri - despite clearly stating I’ve been tracking it each day.

Absolutely pathetic customer service to send AI generated nonsense with absolutely no attempt to assist. Really disappointed by this response from a usually reliable company I spend approximately £100 a month with. Looks like it’s time to find a new pet supplier.

Terrible service and ridiculous…

Terrible service and ridiculous cancellation system for cancelling renewal.

Found myself needing to use recovery on a bank holiday 160 miles from home , alone. You can’t directly phone, you have to log a breakdown online and wait for a call out so it’s 20 mins before your call is even logged. Told by the call centre I’ve only got local recovery and can only be towed 20 miles. Caused a lot of stress. It was then my responsibly to find, download, and email my policy to them after I said I was certain I have paid for national delivery and they were adamant I didn’t have it. Eventually they accepted I have. Wouldn’t tow me the full way, towed me half way, had to then wait a further 2.5 hours at the halfway point for the second tow truck.

Thought I had turned off auto renewal , yet still got sent a quote (over double what they quote new customers) and told if not contacted it will auto-renew. Logged in and filled out form to cancel and told they’ll contact me with a new quote. Emailed the new quote and again told that if I don’t reply they will auto-renew at the new price unless I reply. Reply and asked to cancel and then suddenly they have ‘just introduced a new system’ and guess what, they can’t cancel it for me! Now it’s once again on me to log in and cancel it again via the magical new system

Terrible experience , zero customer service

Our flight was delayed after we got on the plane. After sitting there for three hours before taking off we missed our connection. There was shocking communication (virtually none) when we arrived at Doha and we were left standing around for hours in the airport before finally being given details of our new flight 24 hours later. Several hours later handed a slip of paper with a hotel name and no instructions of where to go. Almost 5 hours had passed by the time we finally reached our hotel. Given worse seats on the replacement flight despite having paid to choose seats on original flights.
Our bags were damaged and the online claim form is a deliberate hurdle. Requires printing out, filling in and scanning a document which I couldn't do on my holiday- I emailed them to report the claim and asked to log the claim now and fill out this form when I got home-began receiving aggressive bizzaire
WhatsApp messages from the Male Qatar desk blaming me and saying my claim is being refused and doing the form after holiday will be too late.


On the return journey home we boarded the plane only to be stuck sitting for an hour with an electric fault and no air conditioning in >30 degree heat and high humidity.
Multiple attempts to contact customer service have been completely ignored

Parcel just been sat at the drop off…

Parcel just been sat at the drop off point for four days - despite tracking saying the latest possible delivery date being today , it’s still not left the shop. Impossible to get hold off anyone. Posted well before their ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery date but they’ve not even managed to collect it from the drop off nevermind deliver it

Refusing to honour deal

We came to the end of our contract and sky wanted to charge us >£20 a month extra for the exact same thing. Surprisingly we weren’t happy with this so asked for a better deal . After much back and forth eventually reached a semi reasonable offer , and took a few days to think about it. Asked to go ahead a couple of days later and told we couldn’t have the deal their own team suggested. Needless to say we are off to virgin who offer a deal with faster internet and all the same channels we wanted for less money and better customer service

Bordering on fraud

Bordering on fraud

Gyms are disgustingly unclean , unorganised and virtually non existent class schedule.

Complete lack of any customer service. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Emails not replied to for months. Trying to cancel my membership and due to your complete inability to read your emails you continue to try and make payment.

Shocking service with non existent customer service

Waited weeks for an item which still shows as ‘processing’ . Daily texts telling me the order is late with no further information. Daily spam emails offering free delivery after failing to meet the paid delivery on my order!

Numerous attempts to contact them - no reply. Absolute joke.
Phone customer services - not available
Online help - assistants not available
Email - automated reply telling me to try the online chat bot/tracking service
Facebook - tells me to DM them despite my post stating my DMs are being ignored

Avoid at all costs. I would never use them again and would actively discourage anyone from doing so.
