Poor and confusing UI. Wanted to withdraw funds to my bank account. Accidentally deposited, as was confused. Now just got told I have to wait 8 weeks, before I can withdraw from Scalable. Had to go back to my checking account and annulate the transaction.

HORRIBLE provider - HORRIBLE Service, if you can even call it that!

I have been an NFL GP customer since forever. WHile the NFL still ran the app is was bad enough! Now DAZN has taken a mediocre app and has continuously tanked it!!! Unbelievable!

Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. I for myself am going to cancel my sub and figure out a way to watch NFL with original sportscasting by some other means. Whoever runs dazn is the epitome of bad. Last year, I already had issues. After a few hiccups for a few weeks, I was able to stream live, or at least watch on demand on phone, tablet, smart tv, or browser. WIth the new season starting last night, I was able to watch Game in 40 on my tv. Then tried checking other devices and BANG - no go. Contacted support and spent an hour with some poor, clueless soul, while fidgeting about with my tablet and phone in the background. Was able to get the stream running on my android devices, but the laptop browser kept throwing an error.... finally after 1+ hour of my life, the support person telle me that I should come back and try later, as I kept getting the same error code.

Easy to use app, BUT HORRIBLE customer service.

Have been trying for days to get shares transferred TO TR from another bank sitting in the US. The US bank provided a form, which I sent to TR - no 7 (yes that is SEVEN) emails later, I am getting really frustrated, where I am about to have my shares transferred FROM TR to the US bank.

TR does not even have a service number to call and each and every agent I have been dealing with appears to have been blessed with an abundance of ignorance... Jeez - now I know why sometimes good ol' fashioned companies just work better...

Placed an order on MAR 26. Sent an email to request information mid APR. Got a reply over a ship notice on APR17. Since then, cricktes... What completely messes my head up is how there can be so many a-holes on this planet that will not leave out any opportunity to screw people over! The only thing left is to - a take the case to a lawyer and - b I hope karma catches up with them!

UPDATE: Order did arrive... like 4 months later...
