Love discount!

I love having a BlueLightCard card! I’ve used it for so many things, saving a lot of money. FitFlop, Oliver Bonas, Holland & Barrett. I’d give 5* except so many of the offers are online or minimum spend. I’d like to see more high street stores accepting it on any spend!

Doesn’t last

It changes colour amazingly to match my skin tone but doesn’t last and creases rather badly; won’t buy again as very disappointed. Nearly two thirds used so I’ve given it a good try!

Natural lightweight foundation

My colour changing foundation arrived quickly and I am actually amazed how it really changed from white to match my skin tone! It’s a very light natural coverage, not particularly like a foundation, more a tinted cream, but it’s nice a light. Didn’t last well in the very hot weather at all, and it does settle into my deeper lines, but it’s OK for everyday use.

Super quality and design

I’ve bought two Oliver Bonas dresses this summer and I love them both! The first was totally unplanned at the Victoria station branch but I simply loved them both design and the fabric. The second was online for store collection locally in Epsom. Staff are consistently friendly and the dresses are so well made! I’ve had lots of compliments :)

Glad to receive an e-gift card but it’s a tad frustrating having to carry an A4 sheet of paper around; would much rather be able to add to my Apple Wallet for convenience!

Complete lack of customer service!

Initially the driver didn’t wait, but fortunately looked back and saw the door open, then they returned to deliver the parcel. I’d suggest in future to wait a little longer for disabled person to answer the door please.

I’d like to add that I am trying to find out when another parcel is due as it is now 10am and I’ve had NO update; tried webchat twice and timed out twice due to no response; tried to call and twice got a robot but no person. The robot wished me a nice day which is of no use to me at all!!!

Super friendly staff

Super friendly and welcoming staff, nice atmosphere in the store and the shoes fit!!! Not always easy with wide feet but Jones usually do fit, thank you. Even better as Jones accepts the Blue Light card :)

Slightly complex form

I’ve just switched to Aviva as it was the cheapest offered by my usual comparison site. I only marked down to 4* as it was quite a complex form, especially in the breakdown section. Took me a few attempts to understand so that could be simplified in my opinion. Otherwise it’s impossible to really rate an insurance provider until an accident happens, which I’m hoping won’t be the case!!!

Good price

They didn’t have the small size which I wanted, but they had the larger size in stock so I did at least get something. I didn’t give 5* however as having given my email for a receipt because you no apparently longer offer a paper receipt, I was assured I’d not get any further contact, yet here you are the very next day sending me an email!!!

I shop at Wilko because it’s good value and convenient to my work, but increasingly empty shelves of what I believe are every day items. Lack of fat balls for feeding the birds, no soda crystals, no scourers, and no one who can answer why?

Staff unprofessional

I put my number in the machine on arrival then had to disturb two members of staff leaning on the desk chatting to collect my order. I know it must be a tad boring if there are no customers but at least be alert and ready when we do arrive. My new slippers are fab tho!

Christmas gift

Exactly what I wanted as a Christmas gift for a friend who loves Peter Rabbit! Can’t comment further as not given yet, but might have given 5* if delivery had been free!? The option to buy in store is so limited which leaves no option other than online which puts up the price, although I did get 10% discount as a first time buyer which helped.

Poor quality

The guillotine and corner cutter were cheap, which seemed a good idea for me as a relative beginner, but on reflection and having started to use them, not such a good idea. The quality and performance are both poor. In hindsight, it would have been better to buy better as in time I can tell I’ll need to do that. The old saying you get what you pay for is true in this case.

Disappointing!

This was my first purchase from Roman and I’m sorry to say I’m a tad disappointed! The parcel took ages to arrive and it’s now taking ages to get my refund!!! Haven’t even had confirmation they received my return despite 48hr tracked postage!! Not a good first impression and I’d be reluctant to try again :(
