Awaiting holiday refund.
I was due to fly to Cyprus on March 14th staying at the Coral Beach hotel, but the day before the holiday was cancelled due to the Coronavirus situation. The evening of March 13th I was contacted by a representative of Mercury who asked if I would like to book another holiday which I politely refused due to the present circumstances, I then said to the rep I would like a full refund into my bank account which she promised would be paid within 5 days.
I have now discovered that Mercury still have not refunded the monies and when contacted I was offered a mix of vouchers and cash. I again reiterated that I only want a full refund into my account and that legally that should have paid up within 14 days. Still waiting this is not good enough.
