I used this Company for the first time, the item sent was defective sadly. I contacted them and IMMEDIATELY they sprang into action to find me a replacement and within days it arrived in perfect condition. I certainly recommend THFC. The communication was amazing, it is so nice to find a Company with this caring service.

This was certainly a fantastic experience dealing with Ben and Chris. The whole process was very professional, genuine and quick. These Gentlemen restored our trust in car traders. We would thoroughly recommend using their services.

Our 10yr old black lab hasn't a nasty bone in him, never growled or been afraid of anyone...until visiting Ola at Blackwater Vets! We left without any assessment or treatment when Ola said she was going to put a muzzle on him to examine him. The surgery room was so small and she cornered him, towering over him with little or no empathy and he whimpered a little. In his 10 years he has seen many vets for yearly boosters etc but always with a waggy tail. She then charged us £57.00 for 'Professional Services'. Never met a vet as awful! Certainly not a professional animal lover in our opinion. Reception staff were very nice. It was a terrible experience for our lovely dog and also for us. I hope this will not have a lasting effect on him for the future. Will never return to Blackwater Vets.

We want to thank Ashley for coming to our rescue today. Had a water leak in our new build coming through the ceiling. Ashley arrived on time with a fantastic work ethic. Found the source and repaired it. It is a total joy to find someone who is so conscientious and pleasant and also really wonderful at his job.
We would highly recommend Ward Construction.

Hermes Light and large! They have lied!! They have said that they tried to deliver our parcel yesterday and there was no access to our property! This is totally untrue. There is no problem with access and I was here all day, no one arrived! I have tried to contact them for hours, all I get is the automated service on 'live' chat and the phone saying the same thing. Where is the personal service and why are they not telling the truth. I have contacted the company I ordered from and they say they cant contact Hermes either. Awful service
