I wish I read the reviews before I sent…

I wish I read the reviews before I sent my 12kg parcel which I insured for £155 pounds as it was going to a clinic the machine was sent global priority first class to Italy and now it’s gone missing my recipient received a carpet going to Istanbul how could this happen...?
I have rung customer service eventually got through they have all being understanding but it doesn’t help me as my recipient is angry they have lost their parcel hoping it would get found soon otherwise we will have to claim on the insurance to give them the money .
How can people be so incompetent in putting wrong tracking on the box I’m sorry corona virus has nothing to do with applying the right label on the box no excuses.

Okay so I got a response from parcel force saying they haven’t received a response they obviously don’t communicate with each other I have been constantly calling east depot emailing them with the information The recipient and I have received with our investigations all I get from parcel force is we are still unable to locate your insured parcel,well let me tell you something it’s been discovered in Italy Depot and still not given to the recipient for some stupid reason they sent it back it’s now been located in Germany here parcel force I have done your job for you here’s the Tracking number EK474767025GB so you no apparently my review is not fake £155 ponds for a fast service and insured equipment I lodged a complaint online 5 days still waiting those very few good reviews you have received all I can say was those customers were one of the lucky ones you write on here that your here to give support but there’s no name no where to reply a load of rubbish I had to do the work and I still don’t no if I am going to get this expensive parcel back to then resend back to ITALY.

Dear parcel force are you FOR REAL I have verified my review and responded I have done the job for you this parcel was in Germany now in Poland sort out your customer service replies on Trust pilot looks like you have blocked it so we can’t reply back .
If I don’t get my parcel back I guess small claims court it is.!
