AI Price going UP and your available quota going DOWN

I have been using Jet Brains for many years through work but purchased my own licence for personal use.
I started using the new AI functionality, specifically Junie which originally I found to be very good. However the price has gone up by £10 per month without warning and your available quota has gone considerably down. The really annoying thing is they charge you for it wanting to run tests on your machine and it reading the success back. It never wants to run the tests all together, it will do it one at a time and charge you individually for doing so. the quota has gotten considerably smaller and they now have top up AI credits. This is just greedy. £30 a month is expensive when a handful of requests reduces your quota by 10%. The AI responses I also want to say have also got worse. Previously I always felt like it took previous interactions into account whereas now it seems to start the process all over again, probably because it can use up more of your credits this way. The service went from being the future to not worth the money very very quickly

AVOID even if you have used them before, MUST READ

I have used these before and had a great experience but let me just quickly let you in on why to AVOID them now. I went live on the 26th of July, I opted for hosted viewings. They organised to have someone do my hosted viewings who was on holiday until the 19th of August.

Every time someone wanted to book a viewing they can only do it online and were faced with choosing a date from the 19th of August.
That is 24 days potentials are supposed to wait to get a viewing. Can you imagine telling that your buyers?

The service costs an extra £600 between the unhosted package to the package that includes hosted viewings. I must declare now that i chose to pay upfront because it was half price (cheapskate, I know)
I regret that choice now, actually I regret choosing Purple Bricks altogether.

I had to phone them to let them know of their mistake can you believe, how is nobody managing this?

Everything seems to be done internally with them via email so do not expect someone to rush to your aid because it is not happening. Phil my account manager sent an email to the manager of hosted viewings, guess what, she was on holiday too so that never got picked up either.

Phil said he would put my account forward to this external company called Viewber where they can put out jobs for local estate agents to take on the role of hosted viewings. Days went by with no contact from them.

To rectify the situation I felt forced into asking them to remove the hosted viewings package so I could do the viewings myself so i could set the availability to get viewings to now rather than the 19th of August. I did not want to do the viewings, I had literally just come out of hospital after skin surgery, I was in no fit state but what can you do?

I put in a complaint and just today received the outcome. You will laugh at this, they offered me a £100 refund. You know where they can stick that!

Honestly, you really do get what you pay for with this service, run away now if you haven't already.

You are still here, interested to know more are we?

The photos are shocking, too much contrast, and oddly made the rooms look smaller than they are, what happened to them looking bigger like they always do? Plus you are only "allowed" 15 when the guy takes 50+

The floor maps were all out of wack making rectangular or square rooms appear like they were trapezoid.

The house description, as they now no longer use actual people to come round or know the local area, do not expect them to describe the lovely area your home is in or what is around it, that is far too much effort. Ai it is for you.

If you are still considering Purple Bricks, give your head a wobble and re-read this. Repeat as many times as necessary until it sinks in.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, infact nonexistent!
When the beer is good it's probably the best tasting zero alcoholic beer, but the quality control is clearly lacking. Every subscription delivery I have had there is something wrong where multiple cans go down the drain or in the bin. First it was flat cans, they felt unpressurized and when you open then it's totally flat. Then I get part way through another batch and suddenly the beer tastes like a horrible cup of tea when the water tastes weird.

I've written to their support email as guess what another company with no phone line. I've never heard back from them. Its a real shame but these cans are not cheap at £2.50+ for 1 so I will be cancelling as it's too much like pot luck and no one cares about your issues either

EVERYTHING CANCELLED BECAUSE MY CARD EXPIRED

I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO THINK TWICE -> READ WHY ->
this is an absolutely mental way to run a business. im still in shock to be honest as this will literally hit everyone at some point.
My bank card was coming up to expiry and my bank had sent me a new card, so i can continue paying for stuff, you know, as you would like too. But apparently you cant change card details associated with your bundle, so when they went to take payment from my old card, i had a text message 10 minutes past midnight telling me they could not take my payment contact customer services.

That sounds innocent until you realise your phone no longer has network connectivity, they literally removed everything, so i couldn't even update details if i wanted too.

Its like going to a shop and your card gets refused because your bank wants to verify its you but the shop owner says no, im not serving you anymore you had your chance!

AVOID they are operating ILLEGALLY in the UK

I tried out their premium service which was £19. I did not know this was a subscription, i have no emails from them for confirmation of the payment or the service or billing agreement to refer back to. They renewed without my knowledge and hiked the price to £59 and apparently and illegally do not apparently offer any refund whatsoever.
In the UK you should be able to cancel any contractual obligation within 14 days. Also the fact they do not even tell you this means technically you have 12 months to cancel.
This company is operating in the UK illegally

I have used Fidler & Pepper twice now

I have used Fidler & Pepper twice now, the price is competitive, no move no fee, but I really like the online website where you can see exactly where you are in the process, which is great because you can really shave the time down when you can print, sign, scan and email everything back. This time around I had the pleasure of working with Sharon & Teresa, who both have worked extremely hard to get my case sorted well ahead of the stamp duty deadline, which I am most grateful for but its also very comforting to know they are just a phone call away if you have any questions and they are very down to earth and easy to talk too.

I would highly recommend, thank you for a great service

I used to love simply cook

I used to love simply cook, but i was forced to stop using them during the start of the lockdown due to the fact they couldnt keep up with my weekly delivery and food i had bought in anticipation went to waste.

Nearly a year on and i receive an email inviting me back with a free box. It has taken them 5 days just to dispatch the box and then its via 2nd class. that could be upto 10 days before you receive anything. I even purchased another box in anticipation for the next weeks when i realised how slow they are at dispatching.

Its safe to say nothing has changed unfortunately, yes the meals are tasty but they really REALLY need to sort out how fast they can dispatch their goods, if they are overwhelmed with orders, hire more people, there are plenty waiting for jobs out there. you cannot grow without putting the team in place in the first place.

I am sorry but i will be once again cancelling my subscription

Thanks for your review. I am so sorry to hear that once again you cancelled your subscription with us because of the delays with your deliveries. Due to Covid-19 we are experiencing longer shipping times than usual 📮. We ship 2nd class with Royal Mail which normally takes 2-3 working days, however we're seeing boxes can take up to 7 working days after dispatch to arrive. This is not because of the number of orders we are processing but this delay has to do with Royal Mail, who despite the best efforts are experiencing a high volume of orders and as a result, we are affected by this as well.

Our warehouse was closed from Thursday until the end of week due to safety checks. If you ordered your box after Wednesday, this is the reason why it took us 5 days to dispatch your order and I am really sorry about this! If you contact us at hello@simplycook.com we would be more than happy to offer you a resolution to this as we understand that this delay might have caused issues with the food that you've purchased in advance.

The late dispatch of the order was caused by a one-off episode and I hope that you will understand :)

I have had this software for over a…

I have had this software for over a year now and i have to say,strangely i have more spam now than i had before. I have to manually block so many emails everyday, I may as well not have a spam filter. I wont be renewing thats for sure. The company themselves must realise when their trust pilot review has an average of 1.6 that there software is clearly terrible

If you have an issue with the software it is always a good idea to contact our support department so they can check you setup and find a solution for you. Spamfighter does not work with all possible setups, but if you do not tell us we cant really help you with a solution.
