Good products, but no customer service. My order hasn't turned up, I can't e mail it keeps getting bounced back, no answer on the phone number I have found, and no customer support on the website. They've had £70 off me and no order. Won't be using them again.

Do not under any circumstances use this company. Having ordered the item, I then find i have to register the voucher with the vendor, this required surrendering more details to another company. Deciding to cancel the order I was refunded fine. However, a month later they take a subscription payment that I did not want especially as I cancelled the account. I am now struggling to get this money refunded because they keep asking for a purchase ref number, or account e mail. Neither of which can be provided as there is no order and no account. Thieves basically, they are thieves.

Had the system installed, all worked great. Started having problems with random sensors setting off the alarm contacted the engineer who reset them without much issue. However, the random alarms and now the inability to access the app has become so frustrating we are switching t9 a different alarm. To be honest feel we have waste your money, especially paying our installer an annual service fee.

Your feedback is important to us, and we’re continuously working to improve both our product reliability and the resources available to our installation partners.
Not easy to navigate view obscured by advertising rubbish, really annoying.

The staff and shop were fine, but this is a pain in the bottom, this is why I wanted a paper receipt not give you my e mail. Stop hassling me for a review
It was complex to arrange and prices were hidden, I felt there was false advertising as you showed a price for insurance for a ski trip and when selected a whole other load of costs turned up that weren't included in the original policy.

Anything that is added to your quote after the initial price given can alter your premium. For example, if you call back and add another condition onto your declaration, this will need to be covered therefore it is likely for your premium to increase.
We do strive to maintain competitive prices for all our customers, however there are many variables that can affect the premiums that we quote from one year to the next. These can range from changes in medical circumstances, changes in the way that medical questions are answered, age, destination, cost of medical healthcare in the region that you are travelling to, duration of the trip and medical condition risk.
We do appreciate all comments regarding the functionality of our website as we continue to strive to make the customer journey as painless and straightforward as possible. I will definitely forward your comments to the relevant department to see what can be done for future improvements.
Great supplier so far, haven't had any problems with delivery and when I had a problem with a cartridge that was faulty they didn't quibble. They despatched a replacement straight away and sent a return envelope. Will continue to use them.
Unimpressed so far, all of the manuals are in very badly translated English, could not find simple information regarding how the system actually operated you have to go through some long demonstration videos that don't just get to the facts. I do wish companies that do these would simply state the facts. Today our inverter was making an extremely loud humming noise when we returned home. So loud I heard it as I entered the house. The inverter was running extremely hot. Several times this afternoon our electricity tripped off and on messed up TVs and damaged lighting on a fish tank. When I called the company concerned about what was going on I was told they would make a note and talk to someone on Monday. The only thing they are going to be told on Monday is to come and remove the system..

I always receive exceptional service from A-plan. Although offered other services I never feel pressured to purchase other products. They make me aware of what they offer but with no hard sell. They are informative, polite, professional and friendly. The few occasions I have had to call upon my insurance I have contacted A-plan and they have handled everything in an expedient manner. I will never change my car insurance provider.
Lovely watch beautifully crafted, let down by a very long time frame to the point I was about to cancel my order and take a different option. Is the watch worth the money? Yes. Worth the time delay? Undecided. Customer service at the end product purchase point was reasonable.
It was a pleasure to talk to the service assistant, she explained everything clearly, answered my questions concisely. The issue was dealt with effectively and work was to a high standard. The agent used to carry out the work was polite, helpful, thorough and his timings were accurate. All in all a great all round service.
I would like to be able to verify country of manufacture, I believe in today's world that should be an option for your customers. I will let you know if my rating increases dependant on the quality of the product upon arrival.
