Never showed up

Never showed up. Contacted driver. Did not reply. Contacted company and got a voicemaul saying they were dealing with other customers and that they'd call back. Didn't. Spoke to attendant at the Indy Airport about where Jayridee does their pickups...he said they do not have a contract with them. So I called Uber. Received an email the next day after I contested the charge with my credit card company stating that they had operational issues and apologized...offered me 10% off next booking. There will not be a next booking.
