Great selection of tiles and customer service

Great selection of tiles, fast delivery and great customer service. I had an issue with some broken tiles and they replaced them without any hesitation and sent them out straight away so I could complete my tiling mission. I would definitely buy from them again.

Great customer service from Emily

Emily was really helpful, friendly and welcoming. She made me feel like a very valued customer, gave me her full attention and time and was also very complementary. She was also very informative and ensured I was aware of the discounts I was entitled too. She made my overall experience of shopping at Black's a pleasurable one and has encouraged me to shop here again in the future.
