Both of the cat collars I purchased have stopped working within the 2 year warranty period but Petracer have replaced them free of charge on both occasions. You can rely on their guarantee. The support team were very helpful when their system wasn't working correctly and the flashing LED would not turn on when lost too. Thank you
Review of Octopus Energy
There was far too many lines of contract to make any sense of when in comes to switching to a fixed tariff. In one place it says there are exit charges but seems to suggest costs in another??

There was no knock at the door or note through the letterbox. I know I was in the house. the 1st thing I knew about it was when I received the e mail saying it had been delivered safely. It had been left at the back door. I only knew this due to the photo in the tracking data. Very poor, just take the lazy option

The knobs arrived in good time and were as described. The original description did not give details of the bolt thread ( M3 etc) but luckily the knob thread fitted through the unremovable captive nut that was on the drawers. it would be good to have the thread details displayed next time. I ordered the waterbutt and a couple of guttering pipes for click and collect and the email confirming the order and advising it was ready to pick up came within 15mins. When I picked it up there was no queue and everyone was very helpful..

I ordered face masks through CEF and they were on back order but the order was accepted. i then received an e mail saying they were obsolete so the order was cancelled. i asked to know what was available and the link i got took back to what i had ordered but was still listed on the website. i appreciate Corvid is a challenge but CEF doesnt seem very coordinated.
