First of all, the product worked great. it has all the features I was looking for. I didn't have any issues but when I had questions the developer Uzair Hanif would respond right away. When my client changed their operating procedure and we no longer needed the plugin Muddasir Hayat gave me a refund for the unused time, no questions asked and no problems. Another big plugin maker wouldn't give a a refund, even though it was only two days after renewal. I really appreciate that kind of business.

I received a timely response with information on how to fix my issue and there were plenty of examples on line. I was able to download a json that gave me just what I needed.

Elegent Themes has always given me pretty good service but sometime it was slow. Usually that is not a problem for me but, sometimes it would delay my project. They do seem to be quicker now and overall I am very satisfied with the support and love the Divi product.

Liquid web support has always been quick to respond to issues. They are also willing to help me learn how to better manage my servers and offer helpful advice.
