In the latest merger you stopped…

In the latest merger you stopped selling the product I wanted. It was very difficult to speak with anyone that could explain the situation. When I finally figured it out and closed my account I got multiple batches of confusing paperwork. Then less than a month after the "final" pick up, I found a delivery guy dropping off some other product

Carefully check lead-times & customs fees

Finally received my watch yesterday, 4 months after ordering (which, to CW's credit, was the expected lead time when I ordered). The watch is nice, though clearly there was some excellent photography - the actual piece is quite reflective, so it's not always as quick to read as I'd hoped. My biggest issue with the order was the surprise customs duty charge. Again, to CW's credit, deep in the FAQs it states that customs duties are the customer's responsibility, but that's only if you scroll past multiple references for "FREE SHIPPING."

We are sorry to hear of your concerns regarding taxes/duties, unfortunately these taxes are subject to individual countries' import procedures and in some circumstances individual states (US); as such we do not have control over these costs. This is currently highlighted at checkout, however we always aim to be transparent and we are in the process of making this more clear on our website in the future. 

Also just to confirm that shipping is always free of charge for our customers and we do not add any additional charges.

Big fan of your shirts

Big fan of your shirts, but the online shopping experience leaves much to be desired. First, I wasn't allowed to use a discount code until I created an account. Then I couldn't use PayPal because my account is apparently "unverified"? Then tried to use Amazon pay, which required additional verification beyond my normal login. Probably took close to 15 minutes to check out
