We had originally placed our bungalow on the market with the Ventnor branch. Luckily for us the Ventnor office closed and the sale of our bungalow was transferred to Shanklin. We were kept informed by the great team in Shanklin who sold our property in a fairly short period. Jo Lacey, Chris and Ross were great to deal with, keeping us informed, especially as we had left the Island and they were the key holders. I would absolutely recommend the Shanklin branch of Pittis.

Philip arrived on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard and the results were great. Very happy and will use again.

Can’t fault communication & speed of delivery but as the pillow is folded into the travel bag it’s flatter in the middle, even though I have tried to fluff it up as much as possible it’s still very flat. It’s also way too soft for me, it’d be great if you offered a firmer option. Overall disappointed ☹️

Easy to use site and free delivery on the pick n mix. Not 5* as I wished you would offer more flavours on the 7+ range. My two senior cats get fed up with the same meals all the time!!

Just received the last of my order which was 3 x 9cm geraniums, ordered in March. Apart from arriving two weeks later than advised they were pretty much dead. I was also bitterly disappointed with the 1st half of my order, the plugs were far smaller than advertised and I ended up throwing away at least 20% of the plants as they were so poor. I'd never buy from this company again. Very over priced and extremely poor quality!

Even though it says it’s simple to hang we were still rather nervous as neither of us are very ‘handy’, but it was SO simple to do and we’d completed our bay window (using pre-cut sheets) in just 30 minutes. Very, very highly recommend!

Very pleased with the fit but cotton is a little scratchy. Although the sheet was washed before 1st use, hopefully it’ll soften with a few more washes.

Ideally I would prefer to shop on a weekly basis instead of the minimum two weeks at the moment but it's a small adjustment during these unprecedented times. Simple site to navigate and the recent improvements to the site following the numbers trying to use it have improved the customer experience significantly. Well done!
