As a motor trader of some 25 years I have just bought a car from BCA Kinross which I believe was misdescribed,I now have had to sell the car in another auction and loose money,I asked for there help and was told no,the manager,when i said I would by my cars elsewhere replied " No Problem ",not exactly the right attitude in my opinion.

As usual first impressions aren't wrong,two large wardrobes ordered on the 13th April and to be delivered on or before Tuesday 28th of April,no updates leading up to supposed delivery,waited on their phoneline for 50 minutes until i got a young man who i found to be very unsympathetic,any,wardrobes are now lost and are waiting for someone to get in touch to discuss,not impressed.
