I paid for next day delivery and it came a day late.

Unacceptable …

1st parcel was collected from safe space, no receipt left but received message to say I had cancelled collection.
2nd parcel was due to be collected, message received 1 minute after due time to say unable to collect as we were not in. I was in all the time in fact by the door cleaning the car.
This is not acceptable. Never had any problems with previous driver just this new one.

They cancelled our flights

They cancelled our flights. We were due to travel to Riga from Manchester in Aug 2020,after numerous emails where they said they would get back to us I finally got through on the phone, only to be told they are not replying to emails because they have too many. Also that the flights we cancelled not because of Covid 19 but because they are no longer going to be flying out of Manchester even though as of today you can still book online for flights in August !!!!
They offered me a voucher or refund but refund will take up to 90 days!!!! To say I am fuming is an understatement
