Very disappointed with help

Unfortunately I have not received an answer to a few emails I have sent you as I have bern unable to log in correctly to my account for nearly a month now. Perhaps someone could please help this OAP whose IT knowledge is quite limited thank you

The quickness and the accuracy of finding me the right company who could provide the same cover and sometimes better than my existing insurance provider - but probably even more important (particularly to an OAP) was the price so much cheaper and really quick confirmations and actual policy documents - brilliant…..
