I accidentally ordered the incorrect solution and tried to cancel it immediately to order tge correct solution . But I couldn't do so and ended up receiving 3 extra boxes I didnt need. This was a genuine mistake. I find it hard to believe that there is not a few minutes to allow customers yo adjust an order... according to your email... the order could not be adjusted... I tried cancelling within one minute. The returns process is not easy to follow . Most websites allow time to fix mistakes of human error! I found your service good in the past
