I have been using Moonpig for a number of years and the process of ordering and posting cards is very easy. The whole process of designing, ordering and then posting the card always go smoothly with no issued encountered over the time I have been using Moonpig

I have engaged City Removals for my house moves on a number of times over the past 6+yrs and on each occasion they have given excellent service at a very competitive price. Their removal teams are polite, friendly and work in a very professional manner. I highly recommend City Removals for home moving and where necessary temp house hold storage.

Very good range of tyres at competitive prices and selection of local fitters. The whole process was very easy to purchase the correct tyres and book a local fitting services which saved me approx £50 per tyre.

Happy with New Car Hire Excess insurance

I needed to take out a new Car Hire Excess insurance as my previous one had expired. The on line process was smooth quick and actually turned out to be a little cheaper than last year . So all in all very happy with the service and price.

Unable to contact customer services to resolve booking problem

Despite numerous attempts I have not been able to contact customer services to resolve a problem with my on-line booking and the web FAQ section had no answers that dealt with my issue. I understand these are challenging times but 5 months down the line since the nationwide lock down I would have expected On the Beach to have risen to the challenge and provided some direct customer service support and assistance.
Also On the Beach (like others that use airline web scrapping) apparent inability to deal with airline refunds/amendments raises the question as to whether such on line holiday "agents" provide true value vs the more traditional Travel Agent.
