What's happened to the "write a review" button?

What's happened to the "write a review" button? I bought a cosy shirt instore for my husband which he really liked, so I went online to write a positive review, only to find that the "write a review" button is missing. Are M&S really so afraid of negative reviews that they won't let us review any more?

Disappointing discription

After breaking my prescription sunglasses I needed some clip ons quickly as I was going away. I ordered a pair in the sale which looked suitable. They arrived quickly, good communication from the company, but they are smaller than advertised- overall width135mm not the stated 140mm, so in spite of my careful measuring, they don't quite cover my frames. In addition, they are flip up, which is not mentioned in the description. This means they are a faff to attach, which I didn't want as I have dexterity problems. No time to return them- at least they were in the sale. They do look robust.

Delivery as it should be

Good communication. My parcel arrived within the timeslot. It took me a while to get to the front door, but the delivery men waited (unlike a company beginning with E...). Delivery as it should be, but rarely is anymore.

Excellent customer service

I was moved to Octopus when my provider, Avro, went bust. I have had excellent communications from them, including updates from Johnathan on a long standing problem. Most recently I emailed them about my projected spend for the year, which was horrendous! Jessica Morgan responded (apologising for the delay, which was nice) and reassured me that the projection appeared to be the result of a technical glitch their end (phew!) but it would be sorted. A few days later another email from Jess confirmed the correct projection. To me the mark of good customr service is how they deal with things going wrong- in this Octopus has been excellent.

Variable rates only go down!

I have a 90 day notice account paying 0.7%, the interest on this has gone down several times since opening. They are now offering a 90 day notice account at 1.2%. I phone up to ask why my variable rate had not increased and was given a baffling explanation, which in short meant I cannot have the new rate applied to my account. Other providers have been happy to increase variable rates recently - it's called rewarding loyalty. As noted before, to SecureTrust, variable means downwards only. I have given notice on both of my accounts.

Decent tracking information

I like that you are told how many stops are ahead of you. Tracking just by dots on a map is little help in pinning down how long it will take- some drivers are taking the scenic route.
