I was very sceptical using downloads as…

I was very sceptical using downloads as i had paid for a key from groupon only to find out it was a collage one and would only save to the cloud not PC. I contacted Softmall via email to which i had an instant response answering my concerns instantly. Just paid and downloaded it followed the instructions and it all work's perfectly. Many thanks.

It's an easy process to park and check…

It's an easy process to park and check in, staff very friendly.
The only gripe I have the buses are not frequent on the pick up. 3 jet Park buses came then another but he changed it to drop and go. This is the 4th time we have used it and its been the same with the buses. Does annoy me with the price's, they go up depending when you use drop and go.

I don't know how this company is on the GOV covid test list

I don't know how this company is on the GOV web site. Ordered the kit 2 weeks before we went away hoping it would be home when we landed, it wasn't. "A" kit x2 arrived 2 days after we landed but the email code did not match the bar codes on the 2 tests so tried calling them to which was a pointless answerphone asking to email them " which i had a reply 4 days later" so we did the tests and posted them. Today 16/12 finally they replied with no apology saying the kits were on there way, they arrived today 16/12, this time the codes matched the one on the email so it looks like they have sent someone elses test to us which we have done and also posted our test 4 days after landing. we are still isolating and loosing wages because of this awful company.
I strongly urge anyone not to use this company i now wish i didn't because they were £5 cheaper per test.

Update. 24th Dec and still no results. Took them 4 days to reply then another 4 days to say they are looking into it.

Another Update.
30th December and still no response. SHOCKING!

It's amazing how they only reply to the so called positive replies.
