This company is an absolute con.

The book is in no way personalalised at all. It all just generic text. I expect i could compair my book to anyone elses and it would say the same for my breed.

The only way you are going to get a refund is via your credit card if you paid that way.

Currently in an email battle with them trying to get a refund for the junk they have sent me.

I’ve never had a single issue with Yodel. Their drivers are always very polite and deliver items into my safe place everytime.

I wish other courier companies could follow your lead.

Excellent from start to finish. Delivered and collected on time. Drive was able to position the skip just where I needed it. Friendly and cheerful.

Just received by first Snackverse box day and i'm very happy with it. Started my subscription just after easter and the box arrived a few days later.

Contents are really good, my first box was a mix of Spanish treats.

I've seen some comments that people are being paid to leave 5* reviews etc... but i'm just an ordinary run of the mill person whos very happy with the service so far.

I will be using the mobile fitting option from now on. They turn up when they say and do the job very efficiently and safely. After having several bad instore experiences where you drop your car off at an agreed time and 4 hours later they have still not done the work, mobile fitting is the way to go.

Excellent product delivered on time and at a good price
