I purchased an i5 - 13400 CPU/Motherboard + cooler combo from AWD, it was put together well, packaged excellently. AWD allowed me ot upgrade to the 13th gen which I had not seen when I ordered a 12th gen. took me from a 6th gen processor which would not run win 11 to a fast 13th gen processor. It worked as soon as I installed in the case - only issue was my PSU had a 4 pin ATX CPU power supply plug and the more modern board expects an 8 pin cable but I discovered this can be addressed with an adapter cable

I will never use you again the arguments presented by your assessor were idiotic, an aeroplane of the same type landed at the scheduled time without incident therefore there was no justification to cancel the flight and then fail to offer a transfer to another flight
