Ordered a spa 4-13-20

Ordered a spa 4-13-20. Have received the two free head rests and start up chemical’s but have not received any other correspondence which worries me. Paid in full and I have called left messages and emailed with no response. Hoping to hear by Monday or Tuesday just some info would be nice so that I know this is not a scam. I have it a 3 because I know this is a tough time for business’s and I did get a few items. Will re-evaluate this after I get a call.

Please be patient during Covid-19. AquaRest is producing spas and working to fulfill orders as timely as possible. Again, please be patient. We are doing the best we can during these circumstances.
With limited staff, increased protective measures, and increased order volumes communicating and projecting completion dates from the factory is challenging. We have seen lead times shift from 1 week, to 3 weeks, and now to 6 weeks on new orders. We are giving out the best information available as it is passed along to us from the factory. Please be patient during Covid-19. We will have your spa to you as soon as possible. Tracking information will be sent to the email on file once the spa ships. Follow up calls and emails slow the process, so please let us know if you’d like a representative to reach out regarding the extended lead times.”
