As always, for years now, everything I have ever ordered from your company is grade A+ quality and your customer service is impeccable.
However, the last time I ordered via your email promotion, someone got my credit card information and tried to use my card 3 times. Fortunately, my bank always asks me if I ordered something, so their charges were denied, but each time that happens, the bank closes that card & I have to wait 2 weeks to get another one. Ergo, I will not be ordering anything else via email. Please continue to send me your catalogs. I also share them with my neighbors.

The contract does not contain what I agreed to. Some of the balances Karen showed were incorrect. Your agent, Karen, refused to discuss it with me, nor would she reply to my text or phone message. I am not happy about this situation, because I was not allowed to review the whole contract before agreeing to my signature. I will obviously have to live with this choice, however, I will not be recommending your company to anyone else.
