They still haven't sent me out package…

They still haven't sent me out package 11, they keep taking my money and sending me the other packages, customer service is useless as they take forever to get back to you and never have an answer.

First seller i have ever brought off

First seller i have ever brought off, sent me the completely wrong phone, that had an account lock on it, reported this to vinted and they don't seem to care, originally the seller spammed me with messages, and then won't reply when I contacted them about the issue, and yet I still have to pay for the return even though it's not my fault, vinted seems to a joke and the buyer protection fee means nothing at all.

So we rented a car from Hertz back in…

So we rented a car from Hertz back in October in Florida, the car was difficult to find, it already had lots of damage to it, the charge level was low, the tyre pressure was low, software issues constantly, they took a $525 deposit from us, but we have yet to see that return to us, do not use hertz they take your money and then won't give you a refund, I've tried to contact them, booking.com who i booked it through and now I've had to resort to contacting my bank as hertz still won't refund me my deposit, it's beyond a joke and I won't be using them again.

Several items I have ordered recently for same day/Next day delivery still haven't turned up, I now have no tracking of these items and no clue if they will actually turn up, Amazon are getting harder to trust as they can't seem to organise their drivers to do their job. Don't trust Amazon for same or next day delivery it probably won't happen.

So turns out Fedex use USPS to deliver…

So turns out Fedex use USPS to deliver some parcels without informing anyone about this, we are not from the US but we are waiting on a new suitcase as American Airlines broke our suitcase, so far we were told it would be with us yesterday by 1pm now it won't be here till 5pm today but also states it won't be delivered until tomorrow, this has caused stress that we do not need, do not use USPS or FedEx for anything, apparently they can't deliver to the hotel were at, because the address is apparently wrong even though I triple checked it and it's Definitely the right address, the parcel is currently in their sorting centre 20 mins driver from here but I can't get in contact with them as we don't have a US number to ring them, and I'm not spending stupid amounts to ring them off my number, FedEx and USPS are the worst and seem to be a big scam as they for the rest of the reviews are very low showing they are a scamming company that's not worth the time to use, avoid at all costs if you want any parcel to turn up

So far worst company I've had to deal…

So far worst company I've had to deal with, American airlines broke our suitcase so they agreed to replace it, we need it delivered to the hotel so we put in the hotel address, FedEx were meant to deliver it yesterday, but changed it to today as the address is wrong?? But no attempt at delivery, now it states today by 5pm but also states Tomorrow, we fly back on the 27th to the UK and so far have no suitcase to use because FedEx have decided to hand the parcel to USPS without our knowledge, no way for us to get in contact with either company as we're not from the US and they want us to ring them, avoid both FedEx and USPS massive scams, would not trust them with anything

Every time I book a hotel through them and pay in full, it gets cancelled every time, this has happened several times now and I'm fed up of it, won't be using their service again if they just let the propertys do this, our holiday is only a few months away and now we don't have anywhere to stay thanks to this useless good for nothing company, do not use them

They were ok up until last month they did take the payment, now when I try to pay the system won't let me at all, this company is a joke they keep sending texts and emails but it won't accept payment, the website is slow and doesn't work fully, wish we never used them now

It appears that you have cancelled your Direct Debit, this will be the reason you are receiving the SMS and emails.

We do not take payment from a saved card on file, these are for you to make additional/missed payments only.

Sorry you feel the system isn't working but I can see the card wasn't working due to it being a commercial card, we only accept personal debit cards, registered in the agreement holder’s name. Sorry if you missed this information on the payment screen.

Booked a parcel for collection and it…

Booked a parcel for collection and it gave me the times of between 7:46 am and 10:46 am, I have seen the royal mail van several times and they have not been to collect my parcel, it's beyond a joke, this collection service is useless, I've used it in the past and they forget to bring labels with them as well I've had a postal worker deny collection due to the fact they forget the label which isn't my problem, I always seem to have the worst experience with this company

Avoid if you want Reasonable WiFi costs, this lot scam you

Didn't take the money, have suspended our service so I'm having to use mobile data, can't even log into their app to pay the bill, don't use BT it's an absolute s**t show of a company, won't be using them again in future as our bill also went from about £30 to over £50 and we haven't even been with them a year yet

They directed my parcel to the wrong hub, then notified me that they have damaged the parcel in transit, then I was told on live chat my parcel would be here today, it's past the final delivery time and is now even later than it should have been, my parcel should have been here last Saturday and I have no idea if it will even turn up, do not use them

Avoid if you want your money to be protected

I have decided that over the years of using Starling that it is no longer beneficial to me, recently it turns out I got scammed online recently through Etsy, I contacted starling and it has taken a long time for them to get back to me, they have decided it's not worth their time and they won't help me and get my money back, worst customer service I have recently received, unfortunately I cannot recommend this bank anymore as it doesn't care for it's customers

Been on chat with them several times as I got scammed on Saturday, they have told me that they can't recover the funds at all, this is a great shame to me but I will have to stop using starling bank as I can no longer trust them to protect my funds at all, this is very concerning

Avoid, seems like a scam insurance company

Tried to get insurance, the system states it can't do an identity check and tells me to ring them, when I ring them it gives me the same two options over and over wasting my time not getting anywhere, then the system also has the cheek to tell me it will be an extra £20 if I do insure with them over the phone even though it's their own stupid system fault, avoid like the plague it's not worth it

Their drivers never turn up on time if at all, they can't seem to find the most simple of addresses I wish people would stop sending me my parcels through this useless company, the change of name from Hermes has not made them any better, get a grip evri and do your damn jobs properly

I was given a time slot of between 8 am…

I was given a time slot of between 8 am and 10 am for a delivery, no updates since yesterday, no ones tried to deliver a parcel either, not happy with the way royal mail have been with their deliverys, they have managed to get worse over the years, I'm waiting on a part to get a car running again and they can't even be bothered to deliver on time or even update to say there is a delay, becoming one of the worst delivery company's as this has happened multiple times including letters not turning up for almost a month after they have been posted
