I’d an issue with the parcel being late and with the courier’s representative. I phoned to see if anything could be done, explaining my plight.
An immediate apology, followed by taking up the cudgels on my behalf re the courier and expediting the delivery of the parcel of graduation goodies.
Partymania are extremely fortunate to have these two charmers as employees.
