Just had a delivery and the driver said…

Just had a delivery and the driver said that I took 20 minutes to unload two crates (I didn't, it was 8 mins at most as I had two substitutions to check), and that he should only have been there for five minutes. Since when has there been a time limit? And if there is one, why did the driver wait until I unloaded to tell me that? Shouldn't they also check if you are happy about any substitutions to (this driver didn't mention any of them)?

There were issues with the reported…

There were issues with the reported time taken for the job (there was a lot of unrelated phone calls during the job, but was included in the time). I wanted to complain, but was told that my details would be shared, which I wasn't happy with. This review will probably also be removed for this reason! I won't be using the service again.

It was good...

It was good - but it would have been more helpful if the map was updated more frequently so that an estimated delivery time could be given, e.g. "you parcel is now 10 minutes away".

I've booked a month in advance and got a good deal. However, the prices are still high if you want to travel a week or two in advance.

This organization is so flaky

This organization is so flaky! One minute you're invited to every survey going, but when you try to access it it's already full up! Then you get blamed for not doing 'enough' surveys. Avoid the hassle!
UPDATE due to Lifepoints response: They are now telling me to raise a claim- even though they have shut my account down and removed my reward points! Why bother sending the same online reply to people when it isn't helpful?
