Charged After Cancellation – Zero Support, Avoid This Company
PDFLeader — or whatever name they’re using now — is not a company I would ever deal with again. I signed up for what I believed was a one-time payment, cancelled the trial immediately, and even received confirmation that I wouldn’t be charged further.
Then, out of nowhere, a £49 charge appeared on my account. This fee was never clearly disclosed, and their so-called 24/7 support is completely unresponsive — no replies to emails, and their phone number leads nowhere.
I’ve since contacted my bank and am hoping to get the refund I’m due, but the whole situation has been unnecessarily stressful.
Do your research. Check their parent company, LOPOFIRST LIMITED, as they seem to operate under different names.
Avoid at all costs.
