Disappointed

The attitude and support towards Europeans who work in Denmark, foreigners who work in international settings are less respectful than how the speak to Danes.
They are quick to explain all the ways you will lose your support the support that you have paid into for years. Refuse to let you take professional development classes and then tell you to train as something else in a completely unrelated field.

This is not a hospital

My Svigerfar has been in this hospital for weeks now.
The lack of staff and no information from doctors. My Svigerfar is elderly, suffering and very sick. We had to inquire and push to get saline hydration iv for him, antibiotics in a drip. He can't drink for himself or feed himself, no one checks on him, helps him drink water etc.
They transferred him to a temporary senior rehabilitation center he was rushed back the next morning - 90% of his belongings went missing! Glasses, charger, electric toothbrush. What the hell kind of hospital is this? I could write 10 pages on every detail of the incompetence and surroundings. No curtains on the window. Just a terrible place.

What help?

What help? I was hung up on. Told to give a screenshot of something which doesn't allow screenshots as it is banking information. The woman was working from home and I couldn't hear her over her screaming children and their TV. Absolutely ridiculous. I plan on uninstalling my Google wallet and use my Samsung app. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Prices are always going up - for no apparent reason other than GREED

Well I find the services spotty. I have had trouble with my mobile data as well as the cable and WIFI connection in my home.
ALL the services are too high. I have the lowest level of cable and it is too expensive for what you get. They continuously put up the prices and it is just becoming a ridiculous mega billion dollar company who's CEO's make more in a year than I'll make in a lifetime. I plan to change providers when I move to a new apartment.

So reliable and fast

So reliable and fast! I got exactly what I ordered in 24 hours. Boxes were left at my front door. They arrived in excellent condition unlike some places where the boxes look like they were thrown off a truck. The track and trace is excellent and the end it with a photo so you know it was delivered. Excellent service!

They are a total scam…

They lied to me about the availability of products, lied about the shipping time - over 30 days as opposed to the promised 8 to 10 days. Then they shipped me 4 items in different sizes because they were "out of stock" and then made it impossible to return. I basically got cheated out of almost $200.00 CAD. I don't understand why they are allowed to advertise on social media when they are clearly running a scam out of China.

Terrible customer service

Let's see, I was never notified when the parcel would be delivered, the man who delivered it was rude and left it in the middle of the building floor and the box was damaged like it was thrown off the truck. Incredibly unprofessional.

RUN AWAY - DONT GIVE THEM $$$

I'm still waiting on an order from over a month ago. They charge your credit card (not legal) and then tell you the item is out of stock. They're customer service is ridiculous and not very bright and treat customers terribly.

Beautiful, Reliable and Expensive.

The flowers were beautiful and the service was reliable internationally. I've now used them for in country, Denmark 🇩🇰 delivery and Canada 🇨🇦. My only request would be that they send us follow up sms or email messages with the delivery status. Very lovely bouquet. Very expensive, but beautiful and reliable.

All and all I am very happy

All and all I am very happy with the service. Calls are clear, no problem connecting. The only thing needing improvement is to make ease of use simpler. One code for all numbers internationally would be great, put it in before you call the number you are calling and that's that. Very good service though over all.

The absolute worst experience of my…

The absolute worst experience of my life is dealing with this company. 14 years a customer and they treat you like dirt. Crooked business practices, withholding bills and statements, reassuring a cancelled sim card, not being able to talk to a rep from customer service instead an automated call machine that constantly hangs up on you and says try koodo.com bye bye. Ridiculous.
Have to get the CRTC and legal reps involved for basic requirements to be met. Horrible company, since Telus took the reigns its been total incompetent bs.
