Great product when it works….

Great product when it works….. Unfortunately we’ve had our Quooker tap for 8 weeks and it’s been broken for 7 of them.

The engineer is good and will come to fix the problem but unfortunately there is only one engineer for our area and due to the poor quality of the product, it breaks regularly.

It’s also very slow to get through to customer service so on average it’s probably a 30-45 min wait then another two weeks to get an appointment.

Great service, Great Price

Great service, great price.

The survey was way more thorough than expected for a level 2. Highlighted issues with the property which we needed to be aware of and did all the additional checks we requested.

The service was friendly and professional, Ed called me before to understand our needs and talked me through the report in detail following the visit.

Thoroughly recommended!

Do not use - System does not work

Do not use! - Poor service at a premium price!

This service requires the vast majority of work to be completed by yourself on a web portal. You complete the details then the system automatically creates legal docs for you to sign - sounds good in theory but sadly it doesn’t work. Often documents uploaded show as blank pages and you’re usually unsure what documents are required unless you’re a legal professional. There is a mobile app but it’s far too clunky and poorly designed to use.

We used Premier Property Lawyers for sale and purchase. There was no benefit to using them for both as several of the fees were duplicated, for example, ID checks and case opening fees were charged twice. We were quoted £3.5k and after additional fees it was almost £5k total. Some fees such as “third-party portal fee” where the solicitor needs to access a portal were extortionate at £350, despite being a simple task.

The solicitors assigned to our case were friendly but seemed to be far too busy. Rarely available to call, missing or duplicating requests and forgetting what they’d told us on the phone. We would receive emails late at night, again demonstrating how overworked they were.

Finally and most severely, Premier Property Lawyers did not complete all documentation required by our previous management company and left us liable for a monthly maintenance fee at our previous address. Now the completion date has passed, they are no longer responding to us so we have to pay the fee.
