Almost 2 weeks still hasn’t shipped
Ordered our spa April 12, 2020. It’s the 23rd. Still says processing. Can’t reach anyone by phone or email. Spa is paid in full money has been taken out of my account. Running new specials on their website doesn’t say anything about wait times being longer or being closed due to corona. I’m a nurse and my husband is also essential we would like to have some way to relax when we come home. If I don’t hear back from them soon I will be contacting our credit card company to dispute the charge and get my money back.
