I called to renewed my bb contract

I called to renewed my bb contract. I got access to the contact centre immediately and I was offered a package similar to those available to new customers. Very happy that they are providing existing customers the same benefits than new ones.
Also the contact centre person (Andy) was very quick in addressing my request - very satisfied overall !

Excellent platform to order parcel services - I sent a parcel via UPS and the process to arrange the pickup was simple and clear. Also the cost was very convenient.
I recommend this service.

I have a prepaid meter in my flat that…

I have a prepaid meter in my flat that is currently rented out. The tenant has been charged an extra amount every week for what claim is a previous debt (despite been a pre-paid meter) and they have not provide details of what this debt refers to.

I have spent a couple of months trying to resolve the issue but Boost customer service is just impossible. Hours waiting in the queue plus emails, multiple exchange of documents and no resolution so far.

I would not recommend this company, ever !

Broken back leg/very disappointing lasted less than a year

We bought this Yoko Sofa Bed in July 2019 to be used by guests. It arrived on time and was easy to ensemble.
We found it quite hard and uncomfortable but we kept it anyway as it fitted our space.
It has been used for no more than 3 weeks in almost a year by young and light weight people and last week one of back legs broke while my wife was sat on it. We checked it and realised that the wood that support the back legs is not up for the job. It is very bad quality and has not the strength needed.
Very disappointing as it lasted less than a year.

I have tried twice to take an online…

I have tried twice to take an online exam with this poorly design solution, and in both cases there were technical problems, even though my laptops (2 different ones) passed the test.
The first time the examiner could not see me. The second time after the first question I was left in a screen where i could no do anything. I asked for help and I wait for 1 hour with no reply.
Not only the interface is bad, but the service is worst. It took me over one hour to get connected in the chat every time! In total I have waste probably 6-8 hours and I can do take the exam yet. At this stage the exam seems to be the easy part!
I do not understand how reputable suppliers use this platform.
