Excellent customer service and fast delivery when part broke. The water float broke on our dehumidifer and I contacted Ecoair on a Monday morning to ask about a spare part. They got back to me within a couple of hours with a link to the part and a video of how to install it. I ordered it that day and it arrived and I had installed it and it working again by Wednesday. Very prompt, helpful and fast service

I would really recommend this course as a first time dad to be. Covered a lot in a short amount if time, into real detail with loads if practical tips and space for questions and some interactive quizzes. Gordon puts a lot of energy and care into it and there is lots of helping sharing and ideas too amongst everyone on the course. Learnt way more than on the online antenatal classes we had. Definitely worth attending if you're new to this and there's a lot I realised I didn't know and could go back and chat to my partner about.

I wanted to setup a scavenger hunt for our youth group using QR codes and was struggling to find a good way to do this where we could add our own images and questions easily, and also adapt them even after being printed. Then I came across QR stuff, which was was perfect for all of this and gave loads of simple functionality, various options for changing the QR code size, shape, colour, options to link to (like images, music and more), and was very user friendly. I could also go in and change the pics or questions it linked to using the same QR code, which was super helpful. There was excellent customer service too. I was really relieved I could pay a monthly rather than annual subscription and would not have signed up for a QR service like this unless I could have monthly. I would recommend this for sure and definitely use it again.

Fantastic customer service! After being given a Beeline as a work leaving gift, I was really looking forward to getting it all setup and used. I initially had issues with the calibrating so I contacted Customer service and they got back to me immediately offering lots of helpful advice and support. It seemed like there was a technical fault, so I just had to send it back and I was offered a completely new one at no additional cost, with carry case too. Throughout Matthew from Customer Service was really helpful, responsive and understanding. Highly recommended!
