purchased a watch, the winding mechanism does not work. Wrote over 7 emails and requested a call back as well as live chat which is non existant. The other one star review is so correct, these watches are literally crap as well as the customer services. Def buy a G shock which is an established brand and a decent watch to wear

The most fraudulent insurance company that you will ever deal with, especially with the likes of people like Miss Karen Dawson, Miss Karen blanken and Miss Victoria roberts. The day you attempt to make a claim on anything it is point blank refused with out any proof and than further they send out companies that they are obviously WORKING ALONGSIDE to disapprove the claim. A complete bunch of S...... DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. They go as far as even denying that that it rained if you make a claim on your property, property surveyors who are wannabe weathermen are used as a scape goat who in actual are just monkeys trying to muscle in on getting the jobs so it all done on the cheap or not even authorised at all. Never use these twits and it seems like they do not have miserable lives or not happy at home to act like a complete bunch of morons.....
