Absolutely gutted. Ordered the crucifix embellished blazer dress in a Size 6 which is my normal size, in everything and yes I’ve worn it ONCE and one of the silver buttons has become completely unstitched!!! Absolutely poor design and frankly I’m furious considering £37 is NOT cheap. You guys need to do ALOT better. Will never be ordering from this company again!!!! Poorly made products at expensive prices. Furious. Absolutely furious.

It’s Mother’s Day soon 15th March 2021, and I wanted to get my mum something special and engraved. She’s recently been going through a divorce and is having an extra hard time so I wanted to make this Mother’s Day extra special. Ordered on the 24th Feb and they arrived on the 26th Feb. I’m so happy with how they’ve come and the engraving is entirely correct. I hope she likes them. Thank you.

Honestly I love this site however some materials used for clothing are incredibly cheap and tacky. Wrote reviews today on some packages I ordered a while back, went to find them and have seen on the reviews I rated less than 4 stars they haven’t posted them or showing them😠 This made my blood boil hence my review. Usually I have had no issues; packages have come, clothes fit well, comfy etc there have only been 1 or two items I was NOT at all happy with but there are items that I absolutely adore. I have recently ordered a new package from there a few days ago but am now worried as coming on here I see people have orders from April which are yet to arrive... I am in UK though And many of these complaints are from US shoppers so I will update people if they wish! :)

Personally have had amazing experiences with it, shipping has been on time and sizings have been correct however there seems to be a lot of complaint about the customer service, hence why I’ve given it only 4 stars. My most recent order was a Reebok velour tracksuit costing me £92.45 I was nervous as £92 is a lot of money to lose if what came wasnt right (I am a girl who ordered a boys tracksuit as it was the closes to what I was wanting I could find and I know Reebok is a trusty and good quality brand) came early, even despite the entire situation with COVID-19 and not having many couriers, so shoutout to ASOS and Hermes for that:) (was due on the 24th but got it today 20th) Very happy:)
