Horrible Customer Service
Bought a brand new Hisense fridge on Sunday, 12 July (invoice AOL207728806) on AO.com. The freezer is not cooling enough and the items are not freezing - ice cream has melted and water stored in ice trays is not turning into solid ice.
I've been trying to speak to their customer service team and very smartly AO.com does not want to speak for any complaints and keep referring me to the manufacturer. My point is why do I need to speak to Hisense when the product was sold by AO.com
Absolutely disgrace and I'm never coming back to them. Guys avoid this online shop.
