Just awful service

Just awful service. went through a toll tunnel that i didnt even realise as there are no booths and it was the first time i had visited the area. the charge was £2....... alphabet didnt care and accumulated fines were £68. Tried to get them to see reason but they just said unlucky we can take the money direct from your account without telling you because its in the small print of the document...

Never going to use this company again
