I have watched the number of spam call and emails drop through the floor since Incogni have been put on the case from June this year. It is good to know that my internet data is being removed from brokers who just make money out of you given those T&Cs you seem to have to sign to get a service without the (real and honest) ability to prevent your data being sold.

Had a full set of discs and front callipers a few weeks ago. I noticed a large gouge around one of the discs and took it back to the ATS team. The disc was replaced without quibble

Unit arrived well packaged and to spec.

The customer service rep (Steph) at Bemoto was excellent. tried a number of scenarios to see what could be done to decrease the premium, was helpful and friendly.
As my first use of BeMtoto it remains to be seen if the customer service in the event of further queries / claims are to the same standard - but big thanks to Steph for her help

Fitter turned up on time, worked through an issue found with the car that would potentially have meant having to get work done before moving forward.
Minor issue with how the state the car was left in after work completed, but on raising this with Towsure, I was contacted by the fitter with an apology and explanation on reasons . So happy with the overall outcome.

This was my 2nd order and the product arrived quickly and as described, being well packaged.
They have removed the label describing the magnet type and strength that was on my first order, which is a pity as that was informative in me making the 2nd purchase.

Product arrived as advertised and swiftly.
Postage reasonably priced unlike some vendors.
Have alread placed the 2nd order - see if they can repeat the service
