The customer service rep (Steph) at Bemoto was excellent. tried a number of scenarios to see what could be done to decrease the premium, was helpful and friendly.
As my first use of BeMtoto it remains to be seen if the customer service in the event of further queries / claims are to the same standard - but big thanks to Steph for her help
