Absolutly disgusting service

Absolutly disgusting service. Package i ordered has been sat im south midlands depot for nearly a week. Royal mail told me no delays in my area and will be an issue with the sender but tracking shows that they have the parcel im their depot so not senders fault theyve just shifted blame. Meant to be 24 hrs tracked but they also told me that 24hr tracked doesnt give them updates... i thought evri was bad but this service is awful

Very good price on a great smell

Debated whether or not it would be legimate based on price and all seems perfect, batch number matches, packaging correct and have tried to scratch off the print on the bottle and it does not scratch off which is something counterfieters dont usually bother with. I do go nose blind to the fragrence very quickly but it is noticed by others hours after application so i am convinced it is legitimate. Mind blowing price on a very high quality product and smells amazing

Obviously morrisons legit but no way to check stock in store on website.... ok then ill go argos... what a stupid way to lose a customer. Very silly


Hi harsh, you have already lost the sale as i went to argos. I also wouldnt be willing to email everytime i want to check if something is available online. It would be very easy for morrisons to impliment this onto the website though. All a bit too late. Its 2025.... its really not that difficult

Back market look after the customer!

Will update to 5* upon recieving payment or console.

So backmarket could quite possibly ve the greatest trade in service ever. I traded in a well worn xbox one for a quote of 33£ to music magpie via backmarket. The case was scrathed quite a lot but this was all ok under the used catagory so i went ahead. Music magpie recieved my device and said due to the scratches they wrre sending me a counter offer of £4. Obviously i declined this and expected my device to be returned. Now back market went ABOVE AND BEYOND by messaging music magpie on my behalf to say that it DID match the description i had used! 5* service i couldnt believe back market would call them out on this. Backmarket will now be my first choice for trade ins. No need for cex anymore. Thank you back market i am yet to recieve payment or a return but i am confident one of them will happen. Absolutly amazing service and fully automated i did not contact anyone they just stepped in and righted a wrong.

Janky app scheme seems more like theft

Signed up to the co op app BY PUTTING IN MY POSTCODE to then find out that i dont need coop. I need Cooo central?!?! Why is it 2 companies???? So i ring co op to swap my membership and am told sorry we cant do that we are 2 different companies. NOWHERE ON MY LOCAL CO OP DOES IT SAY CO OP CENTRAL! So now i have to wait 8 WEEKS! For them to send me a CHEQUE for a quid. Put me offf co op altogether tbh wanted to swap membership now i think ill jist keep my quid. Co op ypur membership scheme was designed by a 2 year old. If you knew my postcode was in a co op central area then why didnt you notify me at any point that i wouldnt be able to use a co op card in my local co op?! I gave you my postcode!!!!!!

Not tried the coffee so cant comment…

Not tried the coffee so cant comment but they charge 1.80 for a 150g sample (postage fees apparently the coffee is free) when advertising it as a free trial that charges monthly unless cancelled. It might not count as bait and switch but its the exact same tactic. They also charge £20 for 450g which is more expensive than the 150g bag (which is free..... apparently) anyway today while querying the service i received borderline ai responses. Update: looked a bit more at exhale. 5* reviews mainly look fishy and are unreplied to in the majority where as 1 2 and 3 stars nearly all have replies and do not read like ai/fiver agents. One review mentioned the leaflet says the coffee is fair trade yet stated on their websote they say their coffee is sich a high quality it fetches far greater than fair trade prices....

If you read or watched the advert amd believed any of the tripe about this coffee being a god send to your health then just do yourself a favour and speak to the doctor about how to be healthier coz drinking a few cups of coffee aint gon do nuttin. As for lab tests im still waiting for laura to send them through like she said she would. Pretty sure they domt exist or has been tested for nonsense. Like at the end of the day its coffee... what are you testing for? If i ever get an answer to that i will update again. Going to search exhale coffee scam on youtube tonight for some bed time watching bet theres some gems

Bought a phone for my daughter online…

Bought a phone for my daughter online and it doesnt work with tik tok so she wanted to replace it. Online chat said they cant help as its click and collect i need to go to the store i collected it from. The store said no problem we can swap it so i bring it in the nrxt day and am told its not a fault with the phone so they cant swap it. Absolute joke

Mobile phones are capable of being personalised so once the seal has been broken it is not returnable for this reason. Tried to pay twice now on payment plans for a purchase. Botg times said confirmed. Both qr codes will not scan. Klarna says order doesnt exist. Twice i signed up and clicked agree. 2 messages saying confirmed. Still doesnt work klarna say its halfords scanners but its not

Locked me out from accessing my money because i dont have valid id. Didnt ask me for id when i was paying coinbase though. I kn9w you have to comply to kyc but try 9ffering other options than an £80 id or a £50 id. Especially when my funds dont cover those. Your making me pay £50 to access £40 worth of crypto

Paid every month at the same time. September's payment not showing. Contacted support and told its my fault then my banks fault and then that it is an issue with klarnas system and they will keep me updated. Not heard anything since after 10 days of waiting. It still says at the top of the page I will recieve a reply within 1-2 business days. That was 10 days ago and I've heard nothing since. They have added a late fee and then removed it but still claim I've missed a payment and that I owe over half of a month's payment on top of my bill. Its an absolute joke.plan is too pay it all off in one payment and then never use klarna again. Most people w9nt be able to do this though hence why they would Use a credit service. Terrible show staff are clueless and support doesn't reply

They sent me an email saying i could get a amazon voucher for doing a survey, did the survey, didnt get a voucher. Told me id get a 20 pound voucher for refering someone. Refered using code and got no voucher. Liars

Recieved an email from these guys stating i had set up a payment plan which i hadnt, obviously as it was a large sum i was worried but a quickphonecall later and a very polite and helpful customer service agent i now know that someone has simply given the wrong email address, they have reassured me that they will ring the customer and have this updated and i feel a lot more comfortable. Brilliant customer service

Have a scam running with hermes

Bought a pair of trainers. Joggers and pants. Emailed me to say trainers were put of stock so i said ok cancel the order ill get the stuff elsewhere, comes back saying they cant cancel.... but u took my shoes out the order what do you mean? Basically just a way of robbing £5 delivery off you. Ive told them before my order has been processed that i dont want it yet they cant cancel it, will send me items i dont want, charge me, get me to sent them back and then refund me minus my £5 delivery fee SCAM
