Customer service problems
My name is Ralph Jones jr. And I haven't been able to access my account since I purchased my item, I didn't realize that it would take this long for my item to arrive and that it was being shipped overseas I wish my experience could have been better. I've been trying to get in contact numerous amounts of times to be able to access my account and there hasn't been anything done, please improve on this.

Sorry for this unexpected delay due to the coronavirus pandemic. The supply chain and logistic process are all in bad condition. Hope the BoardUp Bolt+ package will arrive in time( within next 10days). yes. we could do better by responding to your email in time. Thanks for letting us know.
