Awful patronising programmes hosted by questionable hosts and people being interviewed. Like a club of the same people being recycled from some of the most down market shows on itv channels. Dull tv during the day by people with no personalities . This morning and the Lorraine show in particular.

I eventually managed to speak with someone at Yu energy on the phone to make a top up payment. Rudi was so polite and so helpful at every step. It was a pleasure to deal with someone like this. If only his colleagues were the same. They could learn a thing or two from him. Yu energy do not do justice to staff like this

The problems I have had with this…

The problems I have had with this company are beyond belief. To add to this their top up payment online service/app is down. When I ask when it is going to be repaired no answer. Each time I call a different person takes you through different list of questions. They suggest now that I find a top up store to up. There are no top up stores any where here. I’m running a business

Took out a business electricity account…

Took out a business electricity account with British Gas last week via online chat. Everything was fine . Direct debit set up and start was due tomorrow. I was told to agree everything during chat and there would be no cooling off period. Decided on Wednesday to chat to them as I had not received my contract. After ages on chat I was told they could not find any conversation under the account number. I sent over screen shots of previous conversation. Eventually they found the salesperson who set the account up and got him to email me which he did full of apologies. He again requested all of the details I had given hem the week before that had already been agreed, He then got back to me saying I had not passed the credit check computer says no which was ridiculous and could not proceed. I was shocked as he had told me there was no cooling off period which would also apply to British Gas. The impact no supply on the day require a total mess due to pure negligence and administration . Actually shocking service . It also appears all customer services are over seas.

This company sent representatives from…

This company sent representatives from their company to my shop to force entry and cut off energy supply even though I do not have an account with them They lied and stated they were there to take a meter reading to gain entry and then proceeded to disconnect supply. Trespassing.My name was not on the warrant of entry. I had no notice of attendance or anything else. They obviously lied to the court to obtain the warrant.They were not prepared to listen and appeared to have no knowledge or training just brut force under guidance from an even less informed office. Shocking. The worst experience. Stay clear of them as a business.

Purchased a large iPad in 2020 £1300…

Purchased a large iPad in 2020 £1300 and it stopped working for no reason in 2023. I took it to apple in Bluewater and one of their agents took into the back office to take a look .He disappeared only to return 20 minutes later telling me it will not connect to their mother board and that I would have to spend £500. No explanation. Nothing. I was shocked.

I contacted apple customer care to raise a complaint. They Do Not reply to complaints via email. You have to talk to them on the telephone so there is no paper trail for future reference. They had no interest and were just rude.

I then took my iPad to this little repair kiosk in Bluewater on the off chance. They were so helpful and polite. Two hours and £20 later I had my iPad back in full working order.They could find no issue other then upgrading latest software .

Apple are so big and so wealthy they have become arrogant and just don’t care about its customers. I no longer trust them and have no confidence in them as an organisation. As for these reviews they don’t care. They do not even respond.

Unacceptable service

Today I took an offsite payment via customer not present which I do . I then tried to transfer payments via instant transfer but it would not transfer. No emails on app or email to say this had been done. I searched everywhere to contact someone and after hours of searching and driving my self in sane talking to a robot I managed to find a number. I explained to the agent and he asked if I was on the dashboard or app. I told him there had been no advisory notes to me and I was currently not on anything . He could see no notes and he would escalate and get back to me. I checked the dashboard and there were no notes. As I had no return email as promised I called again. This time a different agent not uk based. Again she could find no advisory notes as to why this had happened and no request for further information . She again she needed to escalate it to the relevant department. As it’s the weekend most staff higher up are off . Probably playing golf. What is the point of a customer services agent if they can’t actually help. Why is everyone off at weekends .i was told it would be escalated again . I am a florist and it mother's day tomorrow and I can not access my money to buy stock. So this is what I will do square. I will sue you for substantial damages for loss of business. I will want processing fees returned and any interest earned on withholding my money . I will then go to a different provider as this seems to happening a lot with systems crashing. You tell us we can take online and offline payments including remotely but you then can not support these processes. You do even communicate your actions to me the customer. You then tell us you are protecting customers. I am your customer. Please do write back some patronising reply like you have done to others on this review site

Shocking service

Shocking service. I .purchased an apple pro less then 4 years ago and suddenly went blank and logo started flashing i took it to Bluewater Appel store. They took it to a back room for about 30mins and came to tell me I would have to pay at least £500 to replace it. It felt more like a sales exercise then genuine concern or assistance. To pay £1300 for product whose hardware does not last 4 years can not be right. Contacted UK Apple team by email. Was fobbed off apparently only deal with after sales so I was directed to support which is useless and given a telephone number. Have now asked to raise a formal complaint . Are these people even monitored for giving a poor shelf life to products just to get people to replace with new ones. Robbing people blind and don’t get me started on sustainability

The most appalling customer service

The most appalling customer service. Chat line never answered, calls never answered. Complaints get no response . No email addresses. No replies to mail.The one I did find I was told did not deal with matter than data protection. Cancelled my policy with nothing owing although they tried to make me renew which seemed more important to them.

Even though I cancelled my policy I saw today it had been reactivated and not at my request with a £293 owed which I do not owe. Shocking service that impacts negatively people lives .In the absence of any contact or resolve it now off to the ombudsman

The worst ever delivery company and not…

The worst ever delivery company and not for the first time. Why any business would use them to deliver their products I do not understand. Today I got a message to say my parcel had been delivered. It had not. I was there. Nothing. Got in touch with customer services via chat on web. I was told they were sorry I could not find my parcel. How patronising and incorrect. They did not deliver. I was told they needed 24hrs to investigate and could not provide an explanation or a delivery date and then they just ended the conversation without any notice. The last time I watched Yodel deliver something they just threw them out of the van and left them outside. Avoid at all costs. Companies pay a bit extra and get professional delivery companies on the job.

I have already supplied all the information requested in the yodel reply .I even added the tracking number to this complaint. I was told that I would get a reply to my enquiry within 24 hours. It’s now how many days later and nothing including no parcel. Shocking service

Awful service

Awful service. Customer service shocking. Three attempts to resolve what should have been straight forward and cut off once for no reason. Tried to take two payments for month of July and blamed me for changing payment date on their system. It was not my error.System is not fit for purpose and unfortunately customer service unapologetic as computer says no. When I asked to raise a formal complaint I was asked why after they finally resolved the issue. I explained why and was asked what outcome I expected before they could log the complaint so I asked for their complaints procedure policy and all of a sudden my complaint was logged. Why should anyone accept this kind of customer service that we pay for which companies either take for granted or just don’t give a dam

My saga with XLN continues.even though…

My saga with XLN continues.even though I handed this matter to the ombudsman who seem to think that a customer should except appalling service now being addressed though a formal complaint. I have now raised another complaint with them. While XLN removed their own restriction to my service while with the ombudsman they charged me £26 + VAT for a restriction that they removed during the ombudsman complaint. So they charged me double my monthly charge for no reason because I complained about the shocking service. They did not write to apologise or communicate just but another restriction on my line RESULTING IN A HUGE BILL. SIMPLY SHOCKING.

XLN back in the day were on the side of small business and provided an excellent service but since they have been taken over by daisy communications they are nothing more then money grabbing people who provide a shocking service to its customers. Shameful.

Thank you XLN for the very patronising reply . Almost laughing but it is back with the ombudsman. The charges you have applied to my account are criminal. You still remain one of the worst providers on the market. Your customer service is a matter of fact even after the decision you did not contact me to discuss you simply immediately restricted my line and applied huge charges. Please don’t think I’m done with taking my concerns about your company further. It’s not done.

Purchased petrol from this company at…

Purchased petrol from this company at well hall station and was charged twice but different amounts at the same time in store.The second charge was presented two days later to my bank which is when it came to my attention. No explanation and no customer service. No refund yet. Avoid as I’m not sure what is going on here. Also still increasing petrol pump prices when prices are supposed to be coming down.

This company is to say the least…

This company is to say the least questionable and my dealings with them have been shambolic. When I signed up it was confusing but even after signing up I still kept getting emails to complete sign up even though I had. Money leaving my account was never fully explained or transparent and it all just feels not user friendly and a company that is more about money then helping the customer which is supposed to be the reason for its existence. When I closed the account money was still removed and some smarmy person sent the most unhelpful patronising response. That is the problem with these tech companies they have no customer service skills, hide behind a screen and are generally feel they are untouchable. I would advise anyone to steer clear. Still trying to get money back. Not fit for purpose I would say.

I contacted your support team and they were pretty awful actually. However if you had investigated my complaint you would have know this before you replied. Very very poor

I recently played the euro millions on…

I recently played the euro millions on line as a single one off payment of £2.50. Then I got an email telling me there was a change in my membership and I was part of a syndicate . I never took out membership of anything. Over £16 was taken from my account unauthorised. There was no way of replying to the email as it was one of those no reply email addresses. I finally got through to a chat service on line but even that was not straightforward. I got some wise guy telling me I must have ticked the big green arrow which I did not. They agreed to refund but that one take 5 days. This is in my view criminal behaviour by a so called legate organisation. I am lucky I have the ability to speak up for myself. What about those that do not. I am now off to the gambling regulator to report.

I have been with this bank for sometime now and it is easy to complain when a service is not what we expect but when a service is good it is important to say. Every time I have had an issue of any description their customer service response time and service is simply excellent.
