Lovely cushion but was disappointed that the stitching wasn’t up to standard, with clumps of thread gathered at the front of the cushion. I don’t believe it is good value for money. Otherwise a very good idea for a present.

The only thing wrong with my order was the delivery. It was delivered earlier than quoted and we were not in so it was taken back and delivered again but only one box was brought and we were told the other one was on another van and would be delivered later that day! It didn’t arrive even though we tracked it. Later that evening we looked again and it had been delivered to the local post office without even trying home first. Very poor organisation.

I notice your order was placed 7th September and the delivery was on 11th, would you mind letting us know where you received notification of it talking longer from. The reason for asking is that all our information online advised between 3-5 working days so I am concerned that the expectation was set differently.
I hope you are enjoying the wines, sadly it sounds like there was some lacking organisation on the part of our carrier and we would invite you to contact us directly any time in future as we are always on hand to assist with queries and arranging re-delivery

Carpetright, Derby were very attentive and Mark was particularly helpful in helping us choose the right flooring. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He gave us an estimate and then organised a home visit to get an accurate price. This was done within a matter of days and now I am awaiting my new floor fitted very soon. I would certainly recommend Carpetright, Derby and in particular Mark.

Review of JG Pest Control
Very good service. I had two points of entry for wasps by the side of my upstairs windows and it was dealt with very professionally and all my questions were answered fully. After the initial mayhem by the wasps, activity subsided very quickly and within a couple of hours, all was quiet. No sign of any activity since. Would certainly use this firm again.

Brilliant service. Blind arrived when it was due. Well packed so nothing was damaged. Easy to put the blind up and made very well. I will certainly buy more blinds and very strongly recommend this Company.
